Cons -
- Location was wrong on platform. With our 2 kids we walked 1.3km+1.2km to go to the wrong location was just a dead-end. Very disappointed and called our hotel they keep hangin-up my call. I wanted to cancel my booking but it was too late, already got a cancellation fee. I got no other choice to go there, called a taxi hoping that our hotel will be in the location Apple Map suggested. Very bad experience.
- Disappointing.Booked at booking.com at a rate but charged my credit card at a different and higher rate in the endVery disappointed with the hotel management for not responding to my emails and messages.
