Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Public parking is available daily on site (reservation is needed) and costs NZD15.00 per night. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card. An authorization of $150 from a valid credit or debit card for incidentals is required on arrival. This will be released upon check out and can take up to 7 days to reverse. We do not accept cash Bonds. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Pets are welcome maximum 20kg, maximum 2 pets per room - NZD$150.00 per stay for the first pet and an additional NZD$50 for the second pet. Secure underground car parking is available on site (reservation is needed) and costs NZD15 per night, a height restriction of 1.8-6.6 ft applies. There is a 3% credit card surcharge when paying by Visa or MasterCard for all transactions.
