Overlooking Hawke’s Bay, Nautilus offers stylish rooms with a spa bath and a private balcony or patio. This Art Deco inspired hotel has an on-site restaurant that is open for breakfast and dinner. Guests receive free Wi-Fi during their stay. Nautilus Napier is 5 minutes’ walk from Centennial Gardens and the National Aquarium of New Zealand. Napier Airport is a 15-minute drive away. A kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities is standard in all rooms. Each air-conditioned room features a seating area with flat-screen satellite TV. The tour desk can book winery tours and trips to Gannet Beach and Napier Prison. The hotel also offers dry cleaning and luggage storage facilities. Featuring stunning bay views, Burtons Restaurant serves modern New Zealand cuisine with European and Pacific Rim influences. The bar features a wide range of local Hawke's Bay wines.

Location, great view from our room. By USA starndards it is no where near a five star hotel. We have found the star ratings to be highly exaggerated outside of the US. The room was fine and we enjoyed our stay. It is about a 3 to a 3 1/2 star hotel.

Location, great view from our room. By USA starndards it is no where near a five star hotel. We have found the star ratings to be highly exaggerated outside of the US. The room was fine and we enjoyed our stay. It is about a 3 to a 3 1/2 star hotel.
