BKs Palm Court Motor Lodge

Helpful staffGreat locationGood value

Nothing of note.

Friendly welcome from happy gentleman at receptiin. Very helpful. Nice quiet stay.

No faults

Lovely accommodation nice and clean and friendly staff. We were very happy with the facilities and would definitely stay here again :)

The staff were amazing, friendly and accommodating

Double bed was abit to firm for me but singles in my room were more comfortable

It was clean, new well laid out and quiet.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property.

Would stay again

Only drawback is bed was not comfortable mattress was cheap innerspring kept waking up uncomfortable.

Great room, great bed. Very quiet room with no road noise. Even offered to place motorbike in garage which was accepted. Just for peace of mind.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very flexible in accommodating us for an extra night. The motel was very clean and well maintained. Nice and close to the airport and easy access to taxis.

The only thing that I would say is that the pillows were very soft. One suggestion would be to have a variety of pillow comfort, for example 2 soft and 2 firmer pillows to accommodate the different comfort needs of individuals.

Flexible check-in option, helpful staff and location close to town.

We came here from Melbourne with two kids and it had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed! It was so clean, very comfortable and the staff were so accomodating and friendly. I really cannot fault this property. Will definitely book this place again if we’re ever in Gisborne again.

It was a nice location, room was comfy and the people that run motor lodge were lovely people.

The stove top found it annoying to use.

The beds were comfy and the room was clean

The shower flooded the whole floor and the toilet seat kept falling off even though it was supposed to have been fixed. It is a long walk from restaurants etc. We walked for 45 minutes before we found a place to eat.

Stayed there multiple times now and every time it surpasses our expectations. Love how clean, tidy and well presented the units are. Always a friendly welcome!!! Love the banter too, the local knowledge and the relateableness that we are welcomed with each time.

Nothing bad to say about the property really. Apart from the noisy neighbours one time but other than that, sweet nothing!!!

Gentlemen who was at property reception very nice person smiling helpful and accommodating

Na

The room and facilities were adequate for the price

Kitchen facilities were minimal and a lack of cleaning products for pots and pans

Staff were really lovely. The rooms were very clean. Laundry facilities on site too. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

It was clean and tidy. Staff are very helpful. Even let us leave our bags early to make things easy for us as we are going to a festival. Arrange for an after hour service booking first.

Good taste to stay great location

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable

The motel was nice and clean, location is central Gisborne and quietAwesome friendly host.

The staff was friendly

The bed felt like a slab of concrete but bouncy too. The TV remote was broken so we couldn't watch anything. And the ceiling fan didnt work either.
