I liked that it had a spa bath .I liked that the staff were helpful and pleasant..

The spa was meant to be a bonus for the kids but the water became discolored when spa turned on,then parts floated in the water .I feel the spa baths need deep cleansing for hygiene purposes

We booked as a last minute over night stay to escape a wet week of camping. It was perfect for what we needed. Clean and comfortable.

Clean, beds nice, staff (and cleaners) accommodating, rooms are big. Stayed here multiple times.

Room location in complex and location to the airport

The amount of milk was not sufficient fo 3 people. We only had a small milk really only enough for 2 people

Really tidy, comfy beds, the kitchen is well stocked for everything we need. Love the 2 tvs. Best of all was the free laundry, which really came in handy after our activity.

Spa bath & it was a very clean room

There must have been a party at a nearby neighbour's we heard a boom box most of the night, which was very annoying....

I absolutely loved this place. It was spotless clean, comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. Such a cozy spot to rest after a long drive. Space was super tidy and relaxing with the air con.

Wish we stayed longer.

Hi, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay, i would definately book again, I loved the fact that when we returned from our day out, fresh towels, milk, coffee, tea and sugar were restocked. I am a smoker so it was good to have an area where smoking isnt prohibited. This motel service is 5 star

Clean,well kept,as lovely young man greeted us on arrival.

Friendly staff, good location, spacious room, comfortable beds, perfect size tv's, love the sky channels, free laundry, and washing powder. Our room had everything we needed!

The room was clean with new carpet installed. The kitchen utensils were neat and tidy. Bathroom and Bath tub (Jacuzzi) was clean

Was lovely and clean and comfortable.

I did notice the fan couldn't be turned off.

We like the shower room and it is big and clean.

There is no lid on the cooking port.

Family room size was great.Cleaners were very friendly & happy to serve.Overall this was the best service we have ever had.Parking was great.Loved the Christmas lights on outside which made the ambience even more better.The free water bottles were a treat.

The rooms are smoke free but if you smoke, you could just smoke outside your room and so neighbors smoke smell would easily drift in the window or door. Maybe have a designated area like under the pergola?The family room was great but it's a bit weird having 2 glass tables in there that kids could easily smash.The family rooms would need a family size fridge.

Great spacious rooms for a whānau of 5. Kitchen was amazing with useful utensils and decent sized fridge. Smart TVs in lounge and main room. Air con and fans to use which helped in the heat! Bathroom fabulous with a shower and spa bath. Perfect for our whānau get away and the laundry was just next door and so easy to use. It helped so much having amazing staff who checked our rooms each day and restored our towels and rubbish bags. A special mention to Sarah who went above and beyond for our whānau. We will definitely be back again when we travel to Gisborne!

The room was fresh and clean.

The children that were running backwards and forwards past our room till quite late at night may have been better stuck in the same room or closer to the room where they were coming from so to not disrupt others.

Easy to drive in/ out from buildings. Close proximity to airport.

No armchair.
