Cleanliness was better than I expected!

It was a nice and quiet location parking right outside the room

Their wasn’t anything to fault

The host was very helpful and friendly. The locality was perfect with a view out to the hills and cows, the swimming pool was great. The unit was spacious and comfortable. It was a short drive to Wainui beach for a surprisingly warm swim.

The staff were friendly, informative, easy to contact and approachable.Enjoyed how the motels hidden away at the end of town. Sometimes all you need is a quiet place to reflect away from all your extended whanau. This is great for that...Pretty close to everything.My 3 kids enjoyed the pool and spa.Pool towels are provided but we had taken our own. Very safe secure place to stay.Thank you so much Motel Oasis for having us.You can tell the staff put alot of aroha in the Motel by the way its kept tidy and clean.We didn't get a chance to go on the electric scooters maybe next time. What a great idea maybe electric bikes could be next

No remote in the bedroom and if the laundry could stay open longer.But the likes outweighs the don't likes.

We always enjoy our stay at the Oasis motel. Was awesome for the kids and we enjoyed the e-scooter rides together as a whanau. The beds were really comfy. Kids loved the pool and spa. We enjoyed being at a motel out of town

Neighbour was a smoker and his cigarette smell was coming into the room. The couch was not comfy. Not enough safe space for the kids scooter ride around.

Easy efficient and friendly check in, great location, close to a great beach and walks, nice pool, and most important a comfortable bed.

The location was convenient to our stay as we were travelling up the East Coast 35. Although i only spoke over the phone to the staff he was very understanding,polite and helpful. I definitely would bring my family back again. Thank you Motel Oasis

The room was clean, The staff were fabulous and gave prompt service. The spa & pool area was clean and awesome.

Clean, quiet, great grounds/parking.

Didn’t have a kitchenette with a sink, would look for a different room type next time.

Meet all our needs over and above our expectations value for money loved the pool and spa was a bonus after being at a tangi

The pools/spa was great and also the air conditioner was awesome as it was quite hot and muggy

Have stayed here previously love the spa and pool especially that it's heated during the summer, rooms are always clean and management and staff are always accomadating for us and our family

Unfortunately, the spa was emptied while we were there for a bit of our trip however due to weather and alpt of use and cover being left off we understood it probably was due a clean.

How clean and big the room was. Nice bath spa and pool. Great facilities.

Staff were amazing! It was in a great location for us.

My son said his single bed had a dip on one side so felt uncomfortable for him.

Quiet and good location, not far from the city and close to the beaches. Good size pool and a spa not far from the rooms.

I enjoyed the location, the cost for two nights, the bed was comfy. The pool was lovely and loved the spa. Everything else was good.

The room smelt of BO (body odour or smelly feet) no not mine.Wanted to get in the pool but there were a lot of people, so waited until Sunday.Pool needed a vacum and the spa - although great, needed a bit of a clean.
