Good value for money, easy check-in and out, and very clean. Great location near the beach too.

For the price I can't identify anything.

Very friendly. Cute little unit which was clean and comfortable.

Excellent service, friendly staff and management, close to amenities, great access to beach and boardwalk, resturants etc.

Beda need to be upgraded, and couch sunk when sat on otherwise good.

Bathroom wasnt very private from outside but we worked around it. Wasnt really a problem just a comment.

Owner/ receptionist’s hospitality was very nice. she happily came outside and helped us even we check in after hours

It was ok... for the money we thought we would of got more... a bit dated but there was a lovely wee retired lady at reception that made it all a bit nicer!

The outdated and not as clean as you would expect

Clean Room, I arrived late so the owner/manager (I'm guessing) turned the heat pump on before our arrival so that the room was warm

Located very close to town (and a Brewery!), room was comfortable and the facilities were great. Very quiet area and also close to the beach. Would stay again for sure.

Fantastic location, great value for dollar and lovely service. Gisborne had a heat wave so it was nice being across the road from beach for a quick and easy cool down.

Perc coffee, quiet nights, very comfortable bed. Good air con!

No reception on Tv due to storm.

Nice sized unit, has a beach Bach vibe that i loved very cute. Clean services comfortable beds had such a good sleep.beach acsess across the road was great,nice café also very close by, walking distance. Friendly welcome by the lady at reception. Cleaning also very accommodating.

There was a weird smell on entering the unit a musty damp smell. The couch which is also a pull out bed had a suspicious smell too.

The staff were so friendly and let us chill relax and enjoy times together the our mates while looking after our room and space. While being all muddy they were happy to hose us down, and were really lovely to talk to.
