Cozy Cottage Thermal Holiday Park is located in the heart of Rotorua in the Bay of Plenty Region. Guests enjoy free access to 2-3 pure geothermal mineral spa pools, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, barbecue facilities and a children's playground. 300MB of free WiFi is offered per device per 24 hours. All accommodations types have a kitchenette fitted with a microwave, toaster, stove top, kettle and refrigerator, plus kitchenware. Through the back gate, there is a geothermal reserve and lakeside sandy beach where you can dig up hot springs to make your own foot pool.

- Location was awesome.
- Felt like it was brand new.
Cons -
- We signed in. I informed my 10 and 2 yo daughters were staying with us. Later in the day they decided to charge an extra 20 dollars.
- Parking is absolutely terrible, there was no soap what so ever in the room so after using the toilet you couldnâ≢t wash your hands, the entire place was more like a trashy trailer park than a motel
