This motel is 656 feet from the iconic Kuirau Park and 5 minutes' walk from the shopping center. It is 5 minutes' drive from Government Garden and the Rotorua Lake Front. Waimangu Volcanic Valley is 25 minutes' drive away. All accommodations offers a kitchenette and a dining setting. Each room and suite features a private bathroom with a shower or an outdoor spa bath.

- Nothing. Need a refund
- So close to everything in the main city shops, restaurants, cinema¿. From your motel it can be walking distance to theses fabulous places
- Located in an excellent location very close to all shops and tourist attractions
Cons -
- We were told that hot tub is included. Upon check in we were asked to pay extra for hot water in the empty tub. Both windows and Blinds were broken and dangling, bugs in the kitchen. Holes in the wall on kitchen counter was covered with printer paper.
- It may need a up grade on the place to meet the modern market today and for customer satisfaction
- Old. BUGS!!! Priced like it should have been a much nicer hotel. 3 nights. NO MAID SERVICE.
