Please inform Ambassador Thermal Motel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests arriving after 21.00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance to arrange for after hours check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note there will be a Surcharge of 2.5% for all the credit card and the pay Wave payments. All the international cards also have the surcharge. If you are using your check/savings/eftpos, it won’t charge any surcharges. (NZ Domestic Cards only)
