Rosetown Motel

The lady who checked us in was was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and I liked having the extra room for our teenager. We just needed a one night stay after our Waitomo Cave excursion and I didn't want to drive more than an hour. This was a perfect stop before we headed to Coromandel the next day.

Electric blankets were a amazing

Initial walk into rom was coldRurn in air con to arrival

Nice and quiet and a good location, comfortable beds and pillows

The shower could be better.

A very clean and tidy motel, greeted by a very helpful and friendly lady on arrival, I was even offered more secure parking for my bike.. even though the hotel is located on the main road close to the edge of town, the road noise was never a problem.. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again.

Close to my family and values for money. And the only motel I found was an EV charging for my car.

Last minute booking due to long day driving. Was after something affordable and this ticked the box. Very impressed with friendliness of staff and room was excellent for the price.

Good location, clean and comfortable.

Room 2 iron needs a clean and was not fit for use.

Did not have breakfast, location was good.

The bed!! So hard I got 2 hours sleep.

We were travelling to Te Awamutu for work and this met our needs. It was clean, safe and close to where we were going.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great, thank you! We enjoyed our two night stay, and would stay again!

comfort but people next door were noisy until about midnight.

the traffic on road was noisy

Loved that it was pet friendly, super clean and comfy beds. Awesome value for money

The bed layout was really good. Plenty of towels in the bathroom.

The doors and framing in our room were over due for sand and paint, just an overall freshen up. They were quite grosse and let the overall appearance of the rooms down.

The room was clean and tidy. Good sized room. The mattress was comfy. Would definitely stay there again

That we were only there for one night.

This wasn’t our fist stay. We always book in with Rosetown Motel because the staff are friendly, the rooms are always exceptionally clean, comfortable and modern. The pool was an extra bonus!!

There is nothing I can fault Rosetown Motel on

Very handy for our overnight. Dog friendly. Well equipped and comfortable

Recliner couch broken on one side.

Good space for relaxing. Able to have our pets with us. Friendly hosts

Tight parking,

Space to relax. Good shower.

A bit difficult with parking.

Close to family for birthday party.Comfy beds and pillows.

I didn't like that the smart tv was away from the double bed and the single bed was in the lounge with the tv so consequently I didn't have a tv set in with my bed.I didn't like the yapping of a small dog at night and the morning.

The pool & cleanliness of the rooms.

Road noise.
