Clean, comfortable and close to everything.

The location was perfect

The shower was very small and the hot water supply irregularly

Bookt room disrespectd my daughters mum called her a space cadet she had a. Damaged knee also my daughter was told we cudnt stay due to over bookn

The disrespect

The motel was in a great location. We were in the apartment. It was roomy, comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed and we definitely recommend staying here.

Felt welcome from our arrival to departure. Spacious room, very clean, furniture, paintings and other homely touches were great. Outside seating places a real bonus. Located right next to township and close walking distance to spas, pools and museum. We will definitely be back.

Should have stayed longer!!

Location was fantastic, walking distance to almost everything.Owner was as welcoming as a long time friend. Room was extremely clean. Huge T.V. Ceiling fan and Heat pump. Water pressure was great.So quiet you could hear the Morepork.

Just a personal preference - bed was quite firm.

Our rooms appeared to have been recently renovated and were spotlessly clean. The accommodation was much superior to what we expected from a small rural motel.Our host was very welcoming and good with advice about local activities, shops, etc.The location is very convenient as the motel is next to a park at one end of the main street. The town itself is picturesque, sitting at the foot of the local mountain, and is quite interesting, having a few quirky shops and some remarkable metal sculptures.We found it easy to drive between Te Aroha and Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Rotorua.Although breakfast was not included, there were several good early-opening cafes within less than a 5-minute walk. There are also options for dinner including an Indian restaurant, pizza shop, pub, etc.

Lovely friendly people, always willing to help. Rooms are immaculate, tidy surroundings and good parking.

The owner was incredible, kind, and very helpful. The family unit was small in size. The beds were so gorgeously comfortable. The staff were lovely. We asked for something to cook with, which they were very prepared for, but if I had been too polite, I would not have known I could cook in my room. The draws in the bathroom kept coming out on their own accord, and we had to shut the doors hard for them to close properly. There are a few handyman jobs that need to be seen to. In saying this we had a FANTASTIC HOLIDAY - one to remember.

A very friendly reception, helpful and with good tips.Room immaculate. Very comfortable beds, and pillows, with nice triple sheeted linens, and white towels. Quiet fridge, and a very quiet nice ceiling fan. I would highly recommend this motel!

Room was well appointed and comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the out door gazebos, great sitting out there having a drink and gazing up at the beautiful back drop

The shower pressure could drop off at times

Firstly ,the motel host Robyn is delightful- amiable, helpful, friendly and courteous. Robyn also provided superb restaurant recommendations. Our motel unit was modern and bright and well-equipped. It is located right in the middle of town with shops , restaurants and mineral spa pools all within a very short walk .

There was nothing to dislike about the motels - they are top quality accommodation. However , as we joined up with our two friends ( also staying at the motel)!for breakfast and morning tea ., one more cup and a couple more bread&butter plates would have been handy.

Traveling for work, with my tool trailer which is vital for what I do. The hosts could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Te Aroha is perfect location for my clients in the Thames, Coromandel areas, plus the Matamata areas, so I will be back... The room was very tidy and up to date, great ceiling fan for the warm nights as I don't like too much air con. Great having the supermarket across the road, and easy walk to cafe's and restaurants. Neat little town, look forward to having a bit more free time there some day with my better half!

Having to be there on a working trip!

Central location with easy walks to café and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bonus was lock up facilities for bikes, including charging points.

Location and the accommodation was great . Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Easy walk to town for restaurants and supermarket. Lovely to be so close to the mountain and beautiful domain.

I use the motel when I am in town visiting family. It's the only one I know in Te Aroha but I have found the place great and the people who run it are really friendly - and their dogs. The motel is beside the gardens and hot pools and in town. Everything we want really.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy and motel is centrally located. Robyn was really lovely during check in and check out. There were even make up removal wipes! Good value for money.

Immaculate spacious room. Location, good AC and ceiling fan also an option. Nice wee patio eith table and chairs.
