Staff were very helpful and understanding

Needed more blankets, would of been nice closer to the sea

The caravan was a good size with all facilities available that we needed with parking right next to it.

The toilet had a cracked seat that pinched every time you sat on it. (We did report this on our leaving.)

It was a little noisy after 10 pm

Was beautiful and so quiet inside the Holiday Park and it was an experience to have it that peaceful because we a big family so no peace lol it was great for the reason we wanted it. My partner turned 40 and wanted to just relax sleep eat and drive around and take in the beautiful scenery

It was in the right place at the right time for us. They upgraded our room when we had booked a room that did not have all the facilities that we wanted. The grounds and facilities are very well maintained. They are clearly proud of their property and it shows.

The cabin was good, had all we needed for a short trip with my husband and two children. Great access to the beach and has a dairy close by.

WiFi was slow where we were, but might have been the area.

Cabin dated - double bed under bunk uncomfortable for seniors.

It is located in a clean, well-maintained holiday park. Just a short stroll to the ocean. The swimming hole is nice but not particularly deep.

It was out of town a bit - it was very comfortable and easy access to the beach. The owners were just lovely nothing was a bother and had lots of helpful advise on our future travels

Superb

Light level inside was poor. Very difficult to read.Hit my head three times on the microwave shelf.. the corner needs a small rubber ball as protection. It's right where one's head is when working on the sink bench.

Meet our needs perfectly. Comfortable, clean, close to everything.

Nothing it was great

Nice location beside on the coast with sea birds around the estuary. Beds were comfy. Outdoor patio was nice

We were surprised to find the toilet and shower were off one of the bedrooms, meaning those in the other bedroom had to go through that bedroom at night if needing the bathroom. Possibly fine for families but not a comfortable situation for others.

Staff were lovely place was very clean and happy to amend our accommodation and beach was 5 min walk

Only thing I would change would be bathroom as you had to go through another room to use would be perfect if you have kids but not for couples

Nice unit, clean and very comfortable.

No where to hang your clothes.As wardrobe locked, and after travelling it be nice not to live out off a bag.

The kids loved the ducks. The unit was very clean.

Terrible wifi, tiny bathroom. No curtains on some windows. Unfriendly person in office.

Didn't realise one of the chalets A19 didn't have a toilet or shower as i booked this for my mum and dad although they were in very close range to the toilet. i was informed the day before

The cabins are very high end for a campground. We booked 2 cabins for 7 nights and ended up staying for 8. One of our cabins were booked out. Ali and Heath the managers sorted alternative accommodation straight away. They were awesome people who due to their friendly and kind nature's we will most certainly be booking again.Awesome fishing and safe setting for our kids.Thank you Ali and Hearh for being amazing.

One of the permanent residents came at our older kids verbally like a pit bull on crack when they unintentionally drove down a one way road within the campground one evening. She said this in front of their newborn son and 7 year old which scared our 7 year old. The managers addressed it immediately the next morning and we carried on happily with the rest of our holiday.
