The room and the view.

Some of the descriptions on the menu were unclear. The hot water urn for tea making was tepid, very annoying!

Beds amazing!!Staff awesome!!

Room 107 - Toilet in a strange position, maybe if it was facing the shower or smaller vanity would be good.

The view.

People smoking near entrances to the hotel and in carpark including staff and contract staff. Appears it is accepted practice in the culture of the establishment.

Staff were great. Location is excellent for the city basin area. Pleasant walk to the centre.

Parts of the facilities are very tired. Stained carpets in the bedroom, hallway and dining room. En-suite sink pretty grim.

Huge room plus a balcony. Lots of storage. Very good breakfast with a wonderful choice of fruit

Bathroom for myself was pretty hard to access the toilet as there was a sink in the way as I am in wheelchair

Good hotel for this area, if you adjust your expectations. It's clean, excellent location, but outdated.

Outdated hotel. Breakfast is OK, but not more than that.

The room was great for my family

I think the random car parking. Also found that a lot of locals were parking up and using wifi. That was a little uncomfortable because they’d park in our spots.

Indoor pool, spa and gym was a nice

The hallways carpets were wet and dirty could do with a deep clean

Great location and fantastic, friendly staff. We had coffee in the morning from the restaurant that was lovely.

Facilities are tired, fridge didn't operate and there was rubbish left in both rooms.

Great location next to the marina and easy access. Superb breakfast. Very comfortable beds and roomy bedroom. Free parking. Large bathroom.

Overall a bit shabby. Dirty carpets and torn wallpaper. Had a spa bath but it didn't work.

The breakfast was ok, the scrambled eggs were so soggy I couldn’t eat them. Location was good.

Our room was bot cleaned properly, i took photos of coffee grounds still on bench, finger marks on tv, grubby shower, and hair in sink. I showed reception and they said they would speak to housekeeping. Pool was dirty with lots of hair floating and it was freezing

Despite very bad weather was not able to get are fund for early exit.Generally Run down and needs complete refit.

Loved the room, the view the deck and such a great sleep too. Beds are comfy and big, the room has everything you need you wont want to leave

Nothing negative to say about my stay

Close to city centre, staff were very good and very helpful.

It is getting pretty dated, leaky roofs, dirty windows, pool area was dirty with spiderwebs and old leaves on the inside of ranch sliders . Stain in carpet

Great location to the city centre and the Town Basin walk. Comfort double beds for each of us. Pool and spa were lovely and perfect to cool down on a hot day. The onsite restaurant had a delicious menu and we enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant

Location was good.

Pool absolutely freezing, breakfast not very good at all and hardly worth the money. Mozzies in the room. Wouldn't stay here again.
