Central Court Motel

Size and facilities available

Very comfortable fresh and clean

clean, tidy, great shower!

nothing to complain about, it suited our purpose for the night.

Unpleasant - felt ripped off.

Bland breeze block interior. Not very clean - old stains evident. Very very basic accomodation and waaay overpriced for unloved pokey room.Deffinately NOT one to recommend for price charged @$149....unfortunately paid before looking within.

Location is easy to get to. room was as pictured. security cameras around to keep things as secure as possible. I left the room key in the room and only realized it after the office was closed and they were still happy to let me into the room with no additional costs.

Shower pressure was a little lower then what I personally like. Bathroom tap moved when turning it on and off and had to keep readjusting it.

Nice bef

Cleaners cleaning at 8.30 noisy

Clean++ and with everything I needed. Towels lovely and soft

Bed and pillows a little firm for me. Sheets were micro fleece might be warm but very scratchy on the skin.

We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely return on our next visit to Whangarei. The accommodation was conveniently located, with a clean room, comfortable beds, and strong, warm heat pumps that kept us cozy during the cold night. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. I noticed a few negative reviews on this site, but honestly, I'm not sure what more those guests were expecting—this place was excellent. A+++

people nice

smoking right outside door, very bad.

Handy to hospital

Didn’t appreciate the male staff member knocking on my door at 9pm when I was in bed with the lights out, wanting to know if I was warm enough or needed the heat pump on.

Beds

The Owner Itself. Doesn't know what Hospitality is. Asking irrelevant personal and private questions. Changing her face reaction and smirking.

I liked the lady staff that showed me to my room she was lovely

The man at the reception was rude and he made me feel uncomfortable.

Location

Lack of responsibility of motel staff with other visitors. A fight broke out outside our unit, next to our vehicle. Called the motel owners, but they did not answer. Police were called, so packed up at 11pm and left. Felt unsafe and sure did not feel like staying after that. Waste of $170.00 for the night. Drove 3 hours home. Highly NOT recommended.

Comfortable sofas and extra bed in lounge was great.Had good dishes.

The curtain tiebacks in one of the bedrooms ommited quite a bit of dust when undone.

The unit was very clean, spacious shower, strong water pressure

The bed was not too comfortable, only stayed 2 nights so ok

Location

Wheel chair friendly a ramp would have been nice into room

Friendly staff, comfy apartment

Quite noisy but that is no fault of the motel just it's location

Location

Misleading as they charge for each child staying at this accommodation even though there are enough beds for children in the room.

Clean, tidy, looked after, we’ve been upgraded for free to a better and bigger room

We booked two rooms 15 and 16.16 room was giving annoying sound while we had shower. Water should be adjusted

Only room 16 shower in bathroom
