BK's Pohutukawa Lodge

Clean and spacious room. Sufficiently equipped with basic amenities.

Position of the air conditioner was not ideal. The air conditioner was placed strangely at the end of the kitchen. If I put in on full fan speed, it was too strong for the person working in the kitchen. If I put in on lower fan speed, other parts of the room does not get much air.

Friendly staff. Great location. Very clean and looked new

Staff is supportive. You got everything you need in rooms.

Wifi.

Great place and location. Was comfy and clean. Didnt hear road noise in the rooms.

Room was comfortable and available at short notice for a single night stay in an emergency.

We would’ve liked to stay longer, but they were so popular they were booked out!

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

a lovely clean space comfortable and enjoyable with fabulous staff. the recliners were an added bonus greatly appreciated

nothing!

Clean and tidy and spacious rooms

I would recommend a mirror in the bedroom for when others are using the bathroom.

Loved our stay. Super clean, comfty and easy. Will definitely stay again. It felt very new and spacious.

everythig was great

Complete renovation recently. Everything was new and clean. Loved the Lazyboy chairs...that was a nice surprise

Kitchenette a little poky! LED light on the TV too bright at night.

Very clean, freshly decorated and very comfortable.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

private clean and close to everything

Very clean, friendly hostess, central location

Comfortable chairs

Could be more lighting. Both sides of double bed need a light.Instructions for micro wave & tv. The way the top sheet folds inward over the duvet raises the question of whether the duvet is fresh.

Location, how clean it was, comfy beds, perfect kitchenette, parking

Nice, clean, comfortable and close to town

Good location to attractions.Very clean.Hosts exceptionally helpful.

Unfortunately there were only two comfy chairs in lounge for us four adults.Otherwise I would have given top rating.

The room was lovely and clean, fresh and well laid out. We loved the recliners at the end of a day in the car. The bed was a dream to sleep on. The room had everything and more of what we needed.

The place was very clean and tidy, and the extra little details like the fresh milk in a glass bottle and the little donut bath bomb were nice touches. The receptionist was also lovely and friendly.

Location was great and close to the hospital. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, linen was crisp. Amenities were great.

Nothing. Everything was great.
