Stonehaven Motel

Handy location, everything we needed, friendly staff.

Noticed some of the furniture was in need of replacement. One drawer in the kitchen had a gap.

Spectacular 100% CleanCan never fault Stonehaven Cheers Dave

Quiet ,good nights sleep

Tv didn't work no signalSink leaked water away both not major as I was tired

Clean tidy and good location. We were aloud to check in earlier.

Great location, spacious unit, really clean and comfortable bed.

Friendly host and room was nice and clean with aircon which was a plus.

Nothing .

Very dated , people next door up carrying on and drinking and units are all joined with very thin walls so could hear everything

Location, clean, and tidy,

The bathroom was a tiny bit small

Cleanliness was mostly great. Owners were awesome - very friendly and welcoming. Our room was tended to even though it was Christmas. The room was a great size for 5 of us staying there. Location was also good.

Cleanliness was mostly very good. Room could have done with air conditioning or even a fan as it was quite warm during our stay.

Staff were friendly. The room was nice with ample cooking equipment and eating utensils. The room was very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. My mum lived a short distance up the road in a rest home and it was easy getting a wheel chair in and out of the room.

Everything was good.

Dave was very kind to make arrangements for our late check-in. He was wonderful to talk to and a great source of information. Stonehaven Motel is conveniently located between Auckland and Cape Reinga and about an hour south of Paihia and the Bay of Islands. It is centrally located, which made day trips a pleasant outing. Dave made sure we had tea and coffee readily available each day upon our return from our daily excursions. Our room was spacious and clean. Eateries and grocer was within walking distance!

The staff were relaxed and friendly. They were super accommodating of our needs, offered extra assistance and offered excellent communication.

Clean safe and secure

Couldn't get TV to change from horse racing

Good value and great location close to the city and some local shops where you can get supplies. The appartment is spacious with good kitchen facilities and is off the main road so nice and quiet.

Great location. Value for money. Nice & clean. Area/room was small, but was fine for me & had everything I needed. Sky TV. Heat pump. Friendly staff. Free tea/coffee/milk etc.

Parking was tight. If you have a small vehicle it’s fine. I had to back in off the road in the dark as once a few more guests turned up, there wasn’t enough room for me to turn around in parking area. Not much the owner can do about that.

Exceptionally clean room, great location for what we needed, friendly staff.

Have stayed before, this was a return visit, nice to be close to were we wanted to go. Room clean and serviced. Welcomed at check in.

No complaints, shown were to turn and park. Will try to book next time directly with motel.

We were very thrilled with clean fresh roomAnd hair dryer. Staff were thought, told us to park close to room, so we wouldn't get wet.

We were happy over all.

Friendly staff. This motel is not the most modern, but it is warm, comfy and very clean.

Handy location, short drive to centre etc. Fairly quiet for a Saturday night. Comfortable and clean
