The room was clean except for a roach climbing on curtain. Close to town.

The place is pretty dated.The office needs a deep clean.I'd never let guests see that as the first place their eyes met.I was shocked.The pool area is in need of a general UPGRADE.The actual pool left our feet blue on the bottoms and a dead rat was there.

It had good facilities and comfortable beds

The apartment was on the older side but spotlessly clean and well catered for with everything you could need.

Cheap and cheerful. Our room was comfy and had a balcony.

There were noxious weeds (moth plant) growing everywhere.

The rooms were nice and the facilities were perfect for the purpose of our stay.

The condition of the reception area, wasn't very nice. Didn't make a very good first impression however the team were very nice.

Size and cleanliness of the apartment

Beds were hard, oven didn’t work, wifi was extremely limited and couldn’t even watch videos online nothing loaded, the smell in the bathroom and toilet I’m assuming from drains was extremely unpleasant

I loved that there was an option (when booking) for a smoking or non-smoking room. I chose the Smoking room. It was clean and didn't smell like a smoker's area. The bed was comfortable (really nice) super cool we had two lazy boys in our room too. I loved there was an electric fryer for cooking. I loved there was an air freshener in the toilet. I loved that our room was up the hill away from family because we were rowdy. its expected for a girl's weekend. I loved that it was within walking distance of public transport, a bakery, takeaways, a liquor store, and a 15 walk into town. 10 minute walk to the botanic gardens.

The lazy boys in our room were dirty down the sides. we had to dig for our phones down the sides and it was scary sticking our hands into the unknown. It would be nice to have netted curtains as well because I wanted to keep the curtains open but people could see what we were doing. When I checked in the reception area was a mess, untidy, and dusty, and hair everywhere looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years, so when I saw that I was expecting our room to be gross, But our room was clean and didn't look anything like the dusty mess in the reception.

Very private

Bed in main room needs to be bigger and sky TV would be nice.

I liked how the cooking facilities were and everything we needed was provided to us. The seats were comfortable in lounge area.

The price could have been a bit more cheaper. The shower was a bit hard to work for the correct temperature I needed.

Wifi was very slow. Had to use our own hifi most of the time.

Not clean, ceiling was broken and was leaking when rain, everything is old and look really dirty. was very dusty. very dark at night time and doesn’t look safe at all. Can not get access to an internet. This place shouldn’t be open for any customer until they get it clean up and renovate the whole entire motel. it’s not safe for anyone to stay there.

Thr Pool and BBQ facilities were great and a bonus was the games rooms for guests. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The kitchen had everything we need for a large group. We loved the 3 bedroom units. Very relaxed, family friendly and accommodating.

The spa pool just needed treatment and wasn't turned on in the morning. We were unable to use it before check out. However we had a fantastic time at the Casablanca and we would book again in the future.

Well, not sure what to say. The office was the most disgusting mess I have ever seen. Filthy does not come close to a description. However, the room was super clean and the bathroom and kitchen I couldn’t fault. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean. The stainless steel was so shiny, big ups to whom ever cleans the units

I loved the location, very central to all amenities.

I’ve been a guest at The Casablanca Motel,a few times and would have no hesitation to recommend it to friends & colleagues.My recent visit, I’m saddened to hear that at the end of April, it will be closed permanently.I’ll certainly miss ‘The Casablanca Motel’ & the great service I received as a guest.I wish Tel and Everyone at The Casablanca Motel, All The Best for Your Future Ventures. Very clean room. Parking spaces were very spacious where we were. The balcony was very convenient also. Double bed was comfy & very spacious where it was positioned.

Single bed a little uncomfortable but still got a good sleep in.

Very clean room and comfortable bed pretty quiet as well.

Clean room and linen the cleaners were very good the kitchen had everything I needed it was quite and the balcony was nice to sit and relax the host/owners were friendly

The internet was not good

Location and price.

Bathroom bin was filled, had not been emptied, for some time. Toilet seat and bowl had not been cleaned.
