Bathroom has no door!This property is rundown and unless you are having a function at the hotel, i wouldnt bother.

Strong light from car park shining into our room and we couldn’t sleep until midnight when it turns off. Asked staff about it but did nothing. Beautiful outdoor area by lake but room was a little dirty

Wonderful position beside the river, easy stroll to town. Good meal at bistro

Location was great with waterfront room. Hotel meals were very good and just next door. Bed was comfortable

Bathroom facilities were old style and taps would not turn off properly. Toilet was stained. Locks on doors front and back were difficult as appeared to be loose.

Disgusting, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Everything in the room was grotty, old, and dirty. Mould, peeling paint, fridge freezer full of undefrosted ice, cracked window pane and grotty carpet.

Would like a refund of $170 please

Couldn’t get access to our payed accommodation as staff were all absent at a party- we are not impressed!!

Room was run down. No door on bathroom. Used band aid on the floor of room. Milk supplied was rotten. 1 hour wait for very over priced and ordinary meal at hotel.

Location and bar services were outstanding. Bar staff assisted with partial loss of power to room. Staff were great. .

Cockroaches and leaking roof onto bedding of my son. Generally poorly cleaned. Needed a good vacuum as food droppings could easily be seen. Toilet was not clean.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The bathroom did not have a door which made it very hard being a family room. There was no toaster.

Quiet riverside spot, (except new years day)close to town.Handy for their New years eve event. Bar staff friendly. Maintenance man very helpful.

Needed a little updating to rooms. External door hard to close,needed force. No room service, stayed 4 nights. But ask the cleaners if you need more supplies.

Great view. Good food. Close to main town centre.

Clean, respectful and friendly..Because location as we were upgraded to the river front room.Perfect for myself and my little pooch Ravyn.

Obviously an older motel but had had a very sympathetic makeover… great water pressure!?

We did not stay in the only room they could offer, and request a refund.

The room was next to rubbishbins infront of door. Room was dirty. The show and handbasin were terrible. The tv was tiny

Room with back door onto the Riverfront was fantastic . Staff were friendly and helpful whilst obviously flat out busy. Will always stay here when we're next in Moruya.

There was a boys week end staying at the hotel and they played loud music and partied all night

The bistro and bar area was great. Staff were great

The room was basic. Bed was comfy. But it really does need some updating, even a fresh coat of paint.
