Great pool for a caravan park, beautiful surroundings, great villa, good activites for big kids, games room table tennis was great.

The oven door (in our poolside villa) door didnt close properly so should replace the hinges as everything else gets very hot ie knobs handle and the side of the cupboard is melting from the heat, the oven bottom burner also doesnt flame all the way across, only mention incase owners want to fix the oven.Would also be good to hose the floor in the games room and de-spider web as the floor was really dusty and triggered our asthma.Couches were grotty and cushions and covers worn out time for new ones in the villa. But this didnt stop us having a great time, we saw wallabies, had fun riding bikes around the park and area and the park was nice and quiet and remote, you can see the stars really well at night and the beach has that raw and rugged natural unspoilt feel about it. We had a wonderful time and visiting the town was great too, very pretty and quaint old buildings. We will definately be back the owners are lovely, friendly staff and overall we.give our stay 9 out of 10.

Amenities are really begging for upgrade.Tennis court net replacement. Net around the court are dangerous as they are pointing out.I asked for date change which was done by staff but did not inform me about the new rate before changing it.

Bedding wasn’t clean.

The location was nice. It was nice hearing the ocean at night

The accommodation was very 80s and not looked after at all. The cabin we were put in was down poverty lane, the walls had damage, paint was pealing and the was water damage on the roof in a few locations in the cabin. Very poor

Nice and esasy check in, cabin was comfortable and well appointed and great location

Shower head was loose. Kitchen and bathroom taps were tight and difficult to use.

The location was ideal, away from the retail areas. We were able to hear the waves breaking on the beach at night, which was good.

Two things could have been better. There were some teenages making loud noises around our cabin after we retired for the night. They even knocked our door causing alarm. The other thing was both sliding doors in the cabin needed repairs they could not slide too well.

Lovely clean caravan park. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Extremely happy with customer service. Staff were so friendly and polite.

BBQ facilities and laundry both good.

Curtains throughout the unit were falling off the hooks and were hard to keep closed. Light flooded in at times. Internet access was quite patchy and limited.

Great park for kids, clean ,tidy, convenient for beach walking. Bed was excellent. Hot water was hot.

I must admit that the studio cabin was too small for us and the lounge a killer on our back. The bed is great

Very old and dated, needs a bit of a refresh. Too far from town.

Close to the Beach, great pool, Giant jumping pillow was so much fun, very nice staff

The kids loved the property, we had a cabin in front of the park which was great for them.

We didn’t like that the jumping pillow was closed, and there is no hot food options around the park you have to drive into Moruya to get food

location was great, even though Park was full it was quiet 99% of time, saw some whales off the beach, air con was good.

The double bed was not very big. One of us slept on the two seater lounge for the duration. It was described as a queen.

Nothing. Totally waste of money

The front staff, the lady whom I meet during the check in was very rude, and unhelpful. The room doesn’t have any soap or shampoo. I have to go into the reception and ask for shampoo, then she had give me. There’s no tissue box or bin bag whatsoever. Really awful experience. Never ever will go there

Being put right next to the playground for the kids

cockroaches, dated and delaminating decor and cabinetry, curtains fell off at a light touch, cramped layout and sliding doors with too little travel.Kids beds were not made.

Location was nice. Wildlife was great.

Unit was super small and pokey.
