Meeniyan Motel

The owner Mel and her husband were SO lovely and helpful. The motel is in a great location on the main street, and a hop skip and a jump from the pub next door (very handy after a few beers!). The place is also dog friendly, which was great!

HAVE STAYED THERE BEFORE SO KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT. THE STAFF MEMBER VERY KINDLY GAVE US A LIFT TO NEARBY RACECOURSE

Such good value for the money. Great location to walk, right in the town. Simple motel room but you can tell they care about their place. Clean and everything you need.

Nice motel, you can park your car infront of your room, pretty clean and close to the town to find food and convenience store

The internet to watch Disney / Netflix is pretty slow and bad signal :(

It was central to the town.

The only window was missing a flyscreen so we couldn't leave it open at night. Some repairs were needed to the shower head washers to stop it spraying water out everywhere. The basin tap washer leaked as well.The car spots were a bit tight.

Comfortable motel, conveniently located beside the pub and within short walking distance of all other shops and eateries in Meeniyan. Also offer bike hire and easy access to the Great Southern Rail Trail. Friendly manager very generously offered us a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The room had all we needed for our one night stay, including free on site parking directly in front of the room. Perfect for a short and very reasonably priced stay in Meeniyan.

Lovely location, walking distance to everything. Friendly staff. Lots of outdoor space and lovely garden. Pet friendly. BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. Good water pressure and very comfortable bed. Great TV reception and wifi. Stayed 6 days and happy to go back there again. The town is lovely & quaint and has great little shops, eateries, great coffee, bakery, hotel and supermarket.

I don't have any complaints.

Easy access, park right in front of your unit.Air condition, microwave, kettle, hairdryer and soaps.

Could use new bed, couple more bin bag, hot water thats running at night time.

I really like the owner, she is very kind.

The blanket was a bit itchy form it’s material and dusty, but in overall was really nice place I would recommend my friends to staying there!

Location near the rail trail was good

Mould smell in the bathroom sink but could be due to alot of rain recently. The curtains didn't block out the light from the unit next to the one I stayed in.

Great location next door to the pub which is a great place for dinner. Easy checkin and comfortable rooms.

The location is awesome with all the shops nearby and close to the trail. Community was awesome and everyone was friendly

The sound proof isn’t perfect in the second room and we heard all the vehicle noise all through the night which left us sleepless. That’s the downside of the stay

Location was great and lovely gardens. honest staff as receiving a text as I had left a ring behind

On booking in, could be asked if needing toaster and plates etc. Mould on bottom of bin and dusty. Musty smell on entrance to the room

Close to Leongatha and looked better, safer, cleaner than other accom for same price. Vehicle speed limit 40km/h through Meeniyan so hardly heard anything despite it being located on the main road! Really close to the IGA and right next door to the pub :)

The mattress was hard like a rock.

Came to Meeniyan for music. The motel was within walking distance and pet friendly.
