- Serene location but close to Smith's Beach and Cowes
- The place was spotlessly clean, everything that we needed was there. The location was very beautiful and serene. Spotted kangaroos, wallabies, and rabbits from the cosy outdoor areas. Very quiet to relax bit also close enough to the hassle and buzzle of the beach.
Cons -
- Staff had forgot to put new towels in the unit. There was no extra toilet paper and no hand soap in the toilet, door lock not working, Cleaners had come back to leave sugar and coffee, but didn't realise there were no towels. It is very unfortunate as one of the guests had started to take a shower.

- The lounge room is smaller than I imagined but the room size was just right.

We have most things we require as we brought what we were informed as not supplied. So the communication was great. Whilst there was no sandwich maker, this was compensated for by other over supplies like toilet papers, coffee pods. The location and setting are the key aspects of this property

The cabins were good. The bbqs were very clean.
The spa pool was not clean. The bikes were available but needing servicing.
Location , spa
No barbecue are, over expensive for the amenities provided
It's a park of cottages, nicely embedded in the green, with many birds. Really enjoyed my walk at dusk seeing several wallabies. it's a good location for exploring Phillip Island
not a big fan of the restaurant, but it is convenient.
It was a cosy unit for one night. Everything we needed was there. A very good location. We arrived late in the afternoon and explored the town so didnt use the resort.
Three tips for a better stay: More luxurious towels, a larger toaster so our gluten free bread covers could fit in the toaster and a shower caddy.
The owner Toni was absolutely beautiful, not only is her communication impeccable, but so was her understanding to unforeseen circumstances.I cannot talk more highly of her and her accomodation, the accomodation was absolutely stunning and the villa beautifully kept, it felt like home away from home and we did not want to leave.I cannot wait to book through her again.
There was nothing about this property I could fault
The Ramada resort was great and the facilities.
Our particular villas which were booked through an external site weren’t up to par for cleanliness. The doors are coded and our code didn’t work. There was 1 and a quarter rolls of toilet paper between 6 guests in one villa for the time we were there. Pillowcases and doona cover were damp and not dried properly and there was also black hair on the ensuite floor.
The accommodation was a small self contained cabin within a holiday park. It was exactly as described .The birds and animals were in evidence and we heard a Kookaburra more than once.Great place to explore Philip Island and visit the Penquin Parade from!
The weather was not good to us!
Location and Facilities are excellent. Made full use of the gym, spa and sauna especially with all weather options
Did not attend any breakfast.
Our studio apartment was very dated and needed attention. Many trees were dead or dying so more planting is needed. Our studio had branched scrapping on the roof and we had possums running across the roof and fighting throughout the night.
We stayed for three nights, myself, mother and my son. The villa was in an excellent location, just across from the restaurant and resort facilities. Wonderful for us as my son could wander over the the basketball hoop or games room by himself and it felt perfectly safe. The villa itself was very roomy, and the beds were so comfortable! It had everything we needed.
Nothing really!
Bad
Unfortunately the steps were too high for my wife (who has mobility issues) to get into the unit. We couldn't stay there so had to find alternative accommodation. Not the fault of the owners but disappointing for us. The management of the complex were a bit 'whatever' when we asked for a different accessible unit if possible because we booked directly on booking.com instead of the complex directly.
Spacious cabinThe park its self was beautifully maintained Personally owned cabin in the ramada is what we booked. And I would say it was let down
Cabin was very dirty I can guarantee it was not cleaned before us, we moved the lounge there was still food, items in draws, dust everywhere, blind falling to bits paint quality was so poorly done
The location was great and the spa was lovely.
The towels felt soft but not great to use. The mattress was not the most comfortable.
Clean and tidy, easy access to the resort. Lots of activities to do for the kids!
The main bed in our villa was a little uncomfortable, but wasn’t terrible.
My stay with the family was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. The owner of the villa was also very helpful with any questions we had.
The location was great and then upon entering the villa and looking around it was exactly how it is described. Only the photos don't do it justice! The views were so peaceful and calming you almost forgot that you were in a resort. The place was clean and homely and we settled in right away. We then walked around and explored the resort. There is so much to do at the resort alone, we hired the pedal carts and toured the resort and saw so much wildlife. The restaurant on site was perfect for breakfast and the late check out made the morning not feel so rushed. Would 100% stay here again!
The front door was a little bit tricky and we had trouble locking it but one phonecall to the owner Toni and we were all set. She was so helpful and super friendly. Lovely host!
