NRMA Phillip Island Beachfront Holiday Park

Location is right at the beach. One could walk to beach in 2-3 minutes.

Cottage had big french windows, for privacy one had to draw full curtains

Staff was so helpful!! I super appreciate them helping us not only get settled but helped us book other attractions. Location is great, walk-ability to the beach and some shops/jetty. The bed is comfortable, check in and out was super easy.

The studio cabin walls are INCREDIBLY thin. I fear even the quietest neighbors might still have noise because you can hear normal volume talking next door. It was unfortunate when neighbors return in the middle of the night. Also Internet is a bit unreliable.

friendly staff, clean rooms, have EV charger in site, close to cowes town.

we were a bit too close to the caravan campers where kids were playing balls around our parked car. also, the smoke created by the campfire affected us a little.

We are 2 senior women travelling on a road trip. The staff was very helpful especially when we wanted to stay an extra night over a very busy long weekend. They searched and found that we had to move cabins.. They arranged for our new cabin to be cleaned first so that we could leave our luggage there and then enjoy our day sightseeing.

Only negative comment was that the wifi was very slow and always disconnect.

Good place for a quick stopover on the Great Ocean Road to see koalas and penguins.

The fact that we were so close to the beach. We walked on the beach every day.

The wifi and the lack of Channel Nine but then that is mostly all Ove the island.

Beachfront! Amazing to wake up and walk right out to the ocean.

Great location with its own private beach to the rear. Studio Queen was beautiful, it and the contents all look brand spanking new and really clean and welcoming. Huge couple-sized shower! Shared deck but each unit had own stairs, table & chairs for two right outside each door, no having to share. Communication great and friendly responses, no matter what the query. Would definitely come here again. TV, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster. Fridge. Park has games room, laundry and BBQ facilities. Beautiful trees! Fish & Chip shop in walking distance.

Very tiny wardrobe for a couple, so don't overpack. (Nit-picking here as everything was great!)

Our stay was very comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. The grounds are well kept and there is easy access to the beach

Cabin was not clean as sand could be seen on the carpet and there was a huge chunk of hair in the bathroom. Bed and pillow were soft and my back was sore after 2 nights of sleep. However the facilities and location were a plus point to our stay.

Nothing really, but would have been great if the coffee machine in the camp kitchen wasn't out of order during our stay

Very cute bungalow house, good experience and exposure for my young kids.

Quite a distance from Penguin Parade. Surrounding didn’t find eatery shop. So better bring in some goods n prepare by ur own.

We had a great stay recently! The location was fantastic — just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for morning strolls. Having a Coles supermarket nearby was super convenient for picking up essentials. It was also within walking distance to the coach station, which made getting around really easy. Overall, a great spot for a relaxed and hassle-free stay!

We were a bit disappointed that the Wi-Fi was down when we checked in on 7th April 2025, which was inconvenient. Also, the bed wasn’t very stable and moved quite easily, which affected our comfort a little.With a few improvements, this place could be even better!

Lovely little stay in Phillip Island. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the games room

Close to the main street of Cowes, close to the beach, Cabin was big enough for the two of us, bed was comfy, air con worked a treat

Shower area was on the small side, a lot of people were also booked so couldn't really enjoy the beach
