Pros +
- The animals on the property were cute
- The food was alright.
- Convenience of having a cafe on site
Cons -
- When I arrived I had to pay additional $100 which was a safety bond or something similar we never got that refunded and the room was left clean with no damage so abit of a money grab by the property it seems
- My daughter ordered eggs and bacon toast but it took them almost an hour to serve it. She was told that her order came about the same time as their guests for the time-sharing session, however, they were able to serve other guests with their orders. Very disappointed.
- Sofa was filthy and windows looked like there never seen a cleaning product

Facilities were adequate. We had two units. The one unit was renovated but the other was not. It was disappointing as I thought both would be the same.
See above.
Close to town
Needs to update the bathroom, toilet seat is old and discoloured. Our room haven’t got fry screens, but our friends has.
Great location, like the layout of the site, good sized and equipped cabins.
Cabins very dated. Could benefit from outside loungers.
The facilities. The bedrooms were very roomy
Bit far from the main Street
Love the rural feel of this property, and the wild life. Stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It’s was mostly very clean, probably one of the cleanest we have seen for a while, only issue was the couch chairs were quite stained. The kitchen was fantastic and well stocked with everything we needed. It was quiet and relaxing. Loved that the bedroom also had a TV. We didn’t have time to use the pools and gym but they looked really nice, and love that they have multiple of such. We did have a pizza on the deck which was tasty and relaxing. This property is amazing for family’s with lots to see and do. We would definitely recommend to others.
Was disappointed to see the shower that supplied shampoo/conditioner/body wash had products that contained NUTS a real problem for anyone with a nut allergy for obvious reasons. Obviously not an issue for most.Main issue we had was with being overcharged not once but twice for our stay. We paid prior to stay via booking.com. Upon checkout we were charged again. The staff at the time didn’t seem to know how to fix overpayment and had to contact manager via phone. They processed a refund, however instead of a refund we were charged a third time, so we had 3 large charges on our credit card. This was very stressful and took some time in many phone calls/emails to them and our bank to get it sorted out. This definitely tainted our stay, and while the staff were friendly, that was the extent of their apologies.
Uncomfortable beds & dirty floors
Beds were extremely uncomfortable my back is still sore a week on. The floors were dirty & there were kids in kid free zone.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and the amount of space was amazing. All rooms were a great size and the wildlife were plentiful.
Price for 6 adults. The beds were comfortable
Very dated cabins
Roomy and comfortable, quiet location with good separation between villas. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities in villa.
A bit dated, no fly screen doors (to let air in and keep possums out) no aircon in bedroom just a pedestal fan, grounds very untidy with dropped branches, grass not watered etc. just looked a bit tired and neglected. They do push you to attend an information seminar which we declined.
Wildlife, location close to Phillip Island.
No air-conditioning No sign boards making finding cabins difficult in darkness No sign of any proper cleaning done Dents and marks all over wallsSome clean sheets
The locations and the wildlife .Pool
It was not flexible to give a late checkout for a little more time as well .
Property location is 10 on 10 as we always stay in this resort every year we go to Philip Island
This time we booked via booking.com and it was direct Ramada property not through airbnb, the property was extremely old , man sliding door was not opening , poorly maintained inside , tv was smallest and oldest version with no YouTube and Netflix ! They had no chopping board on the utensils and no games or anything for kids! Extremely poorly managed property! Also the indoor heated pool was not cleaned had so many hair loops inside the pool
Close to Cowes, big family sized space, bush setting with pools.
Room was tired with many features and hardware needing fixing.
The hotel boasts a prime location, just a 5-minute drive from the town center, where supermarkets and shopping streets are located. The area surrounding the hotel is rich in wildlife, offering opportunities to spot wild animals roaming nearby. A farm is right next to the hotel where you can see cattle. With comprehensive facilities, the hotel is an ideal choice for family vacations.
We had a lovely stay in the 3-bedroom cabin at Ramada Resort. The cabin was clean, bright and the bedding was crisp and comfortable. There are a couple of pools to choose from and the resort also offers tennis and go-kart hire. The only criticism I would have is that for $10 per go-kart they are a bit old and squeaky.
Good location for Penguin Parade, Koala Sanctuary and beaches, site has good ameneties. Property clean and well maintained
Restaurant dissapointing, staff serving us breakfast not interested , not helpful when we asked for a slight variation from menu and we found we had been overcharged after we left. Lunch was OK, not a big choice, only main meals available, but as we had self catering facilities this was fine.Only part of accommodation had air conditioned so was hot at night
Location and villa was good. Very clean and modern. Facilities were good. Was supposed to have a bath but didn’t. Shower was tiny.
Reception staff were rude. Requested a late checked out months ago. Was offered a late check IF I attended the marketing morning. I explained I had a child with medical issues and mornings are extremely difficult. Was told I have to wait until morning of check out. My husband had to go to the reception. Was given only thirty minutes after explaining our child had a very bad night and was vomiting. I was verbally abused for handling in the key 32 minutes late. I was told they would be told off by management AND someone was checking into the room, three hours later. An hour later we realised we left behind my child’s toy cat. Went back, asked a cleaner to let us in, to be told, no one was checking in AND the place was half empty. Disgraceful. I understand if a late checked out can’t be granted but being abused as if I was a child was shocking and Im still trying to process it. We were asked prior bed configuration, that wasn’t done. We didn’t complain.Requested more towels weren’t delivered but didn’t complain. Was supposed to have a bath. There wasn’t but didn’t complain. I was shocked given all there errors how badly they abuse guest for a 32 minute late checked with a vomiting child.
