Our cabin was clean and comfortable We arrived after hours and the check in was smooth with no issues

Nothing everything was great

The stay was very close to shops, restaurants and beaches.

The cabins bathroom did stink

Awesome place to stay, close to everything.

Probably upgrade their cooking utensils and frying pan. I have to borrow a knife from the reception. Before that there were no frying pan in the unit. Everything else is great.

Awesome location near the town centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa was super clean and comfortable, especially for the price. Would definitely recommend

The location is great, so close to town and really not THAT far from the beach. The park is quiet. The after hours check in was easy. Loved having the shower in a separate room to the toilet. The bed was super comfy despite the sheets (see below). Spacious and well laid out.

Having only 9 ice cubes with no tray provided to make more was weird. Only one sachet of coffee and one tea bag for two people for three days was also odd. No face washers meant I had to wash my face with the hand towel, not a big deal, but unusual. And this is crazy to say, but the sheets were loud. They were almost crunchy

Very clean. Kitchen a bonus, equipped with pot and pan, all crockery cutlery and utensils to cook with. Very comfortable bed. Excellent jet shower.

Nothing. Except a fiddle finding pin code ti collect keys, as it was for three other guests. No one at reception at 4pm

I can confirm bookedthe two bedroom deluxeThe building itself was decent and had decent amenities.However, the cooking utensils, some serious upgrade providing an $8 kmart Fry pan is simply patheti. Which from what we could see was very burnt.Already, we did buy our own because of this.We didn't bother mention it to management.Because i'm sure it's been said before the lack of a non stick boiling pot was also very surprising.\nAnd the lack of any kind of baking dish and having a dishwasher in the room with absolutely no dishwashing tablets provided at all or simply.Not only unacceptable it is Simply just lazey you will also think like most rooms.When you're staying there for more than just overnight , they would provide an extra garbage bag , not this one , which was a first.The shower itself was very good.N.The cook top oven , we're effective end gas, so therefore, it doesn't take 1000 years to cook.Like most electric ones these days .The beds, however, extremely hard and very uncomfortable Definitely room for major improvement.There answering they calling this their best room on the propery.I am for the last negative we did bouquet. Child at least 3 weeks prior to arrival was guaranteed. There would be one available, I'll need to find out after we arrived, and he went to go look for it that they didn't have 1 initially, he said he would try to find alternative arrangements. Through one or the other properties in the area, but did not time back with a linen cart. Instead, initially, we were kind of willing to give it a try. But after looking at it, we weren't willing to risk hurting our newborn in that so we went to go by one, which was an hour and a 1/2 trip, certainly was not impressed. Yes, he did. Give us $50 compensation. Because of this , however , it's not really the point they should make sure that they have them available.If they say they are going to be available.Yes, he did also offer to buy it off...

It was close to amenities

The pool was dirty and the walls where the couch was was slightly mouldy and not clean

The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, the location was perfect, it was quiet and peaceful even when fully booked. The pool was clean and very refreshing on a hot day.

It’s an older park so there is a few cosmetic patch up jobs that could be better and there was no mirror in my cabin apart from the small eye level bathroom one. It definitely needs a full length mirror.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Pet friendly options excellent. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean. Park is quiet and family friendly

The games room needs updated as the pool table and soccer table werent functioning.

Close to everything and a 10 min walk to the beach. Beds were great and bathroom good.

The fan in one of the bedrooms looked dangerously unsafe. When turned on it rocked like it was going to fall off.One of the mismatched kitchen chairs was broken and there were two beer cans left on the porch from previous stayers. Yet my brother's cabin was lovely and clean with matched and working equipment

The location and the accommodation itself provided everything that was needed. The bed was very comfortable and the unit clean.

There wasn't anything I did not like.

The cabin was roomy with great facilities

The pool needs some attention

the cabin although small, was clean and tidy on arrival.

very noisy cabin right at the front of the park, where all the traffic flow and pedestrian foot traffic came past, and very noisy campers behind the cabin.

Quiet convenient spot. Close to the foreshore and shops.Bed was comfortable

The door to the shower didn’t close properly so water went everywhere and myPoor grandson really hurt himself after slipping.
