Price is quite high for the room type I booked

The property staff were helpful and it suited our needs.

The room is tired and old and needs a makeover: it could do with cooking facilities but if not, the bathroom needs a renovation at minimum.

Room was renovated and bedding was fine.

Toilet and bathroom areas were very smelly.Also, missed very basic things in the kitchen like utensils cleaning sponge.

My stay started well; I appreciated being allowed to check in early before the official time. However, everything went downhill the moment I entered the room.The room was not at all like the photos advertised online. It was a single, tiny space with the bed, bathroom, and refrigerator all crammed together. The loud refrigerator noise disturbed me all night.The room felt unventilated and was not particularly clean. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connection did not work inside the room.Overall, the price is high by any standard and does not justify the poor value. I felt completely misled and ripped off, paying a lot for next to nothing in return. I cannot recommend this motel.

The motel is in a pretty good location, a short walk to shops, restaurants and pubs.

The rooms are tired and need a good make over. We paid almost as much here as a quite new modern hotel in Melbourne which had great facilities and king beds.

Kitchen was supposedly fully equipped which is one of main reasons we chose the room / hotel but didn't have even the basic cooking utensils such as tongs or egg flip. Only had 1 desert spoon. Shower was mouldy and a thick layer of dust was visible on top of air conditioner and conduit.Room was never made up in the 3 days we stayed.

The location is very convenient—close to the town, eateries, and a supermarkets. The place itself is clean and well-equipped.Communication with the staff was clear and responsive during the booking process. Since we had a car, having parking available was important to us, and it was great to have that option.

Beds were comfortable, ok for 1 or 2 night stay, convenient for where we had to go, not enough milk, otrherwise we would have brought our own, otrherwise not too bads.

Hard to communicate with the man on the front desk, was a little bit frustrating

1. The water from the shower head wasn't hot (might be a minus for a visit in winter)2. The drain of the basin clogged a bit. 3. The carpet might not be so clean.4. Not enough lighting outside, making it not so easy to find the hotelAlso, I wish there could be some clothes racks/ hooks in the shower room.

The location was great, close to the beach and shops. Staff were also very approachable and friendly.

The entire apartment was in need of a good clean. The bathroom was awful, the shower in particular looked as though it had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was a build up of mould on the tiled walls, glass doors and door frames. The entire apartment also smelled of smoke. It was also way overpriced.

Easy to park and sort out accommodation. Nice and close walking distance to Main Street cowes. Bed was comfy aswell

Nothing really. You cannot beat the price anywhere in cowes. Value for money 10000% will be coming back again

Well located- walk around the corner to the shops and 3 minutes from the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark and quiet - we slept well. We were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette which was much appreciated. We did miss out on a swim in the pool as it closed quite early, but that was okay. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was fantastic just a short walk to cafes, restaurants and the esplanade. Staff where friendly, great facilities and the room was spacious, Will definitely stay with Coachman again.

Shower fell apart when first used, we had to repair it as best as we could to make it workable.
