Location in Cowes is great. Close to the water and a lot of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. We never ate at the restaurants, but it must be good considering the large crowd that was there. Very friendly reception.

Awesome location, Comfy beds. Stayed here quite a few times. Our go to place to stay when we come to visit family. Some rooms are better than others.

Having a room with the shower in the bath is horrid to get in and out of, some of the rooms need to be updated. And the outdoor setting needs to find a bonfire to be thrown on. They are old and disgusting and a danger to sit on, time to upgrade them.

The excellent customer service as I had trouble with my booking on booking.vom and they sorted it easily when I rang them. Love the view and great dinner at the pub. Easy walk to everything. Better view that than other hotels on the front that are more expensive.

Having to go home :) a toaster would have been great

We stayed one night at North Pier Hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and thoughtful service. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff went above and beyond-helping us with our bags and offering helpful advice about the room.Our accommodation featured two spacious king beds and a bath tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The coffee provided was excellent, a small touch that made a big difference to our morning. The location is ideal, just steps from the beach and close to local cafes and shops.Highly recommend for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

The supplies in the room were a little sparse.Had a coffee in the restaurant which was very weak.

Being a lower level apartment the noise from apartment upstairs was audible

Room was great for the size of our family, quieter than expected which was a nice surprise. Could do with a few more cups/bowls maybe a microwave for sorting baby bottles. But a great spot for a few days away

In the actual hotel the ordering system is ridiculous. If youre a single parent you have to leave your kids alone to order food or drinks. COst per night was a little high IMO

The staff were nice and would've been a good stay if we didn't have to call the police three times due to people next door banging on our windows. The location is why we wanted to stay there as it's near main street and across from beach.

The fact I had to call police 3 times as the people next door were drunk and yelling. Slamming on our doors. Throwing bottles and cans. Then one of the police said to me that's what you get staying near a pub which I thought was quite unfair as the website states this accommodation is family friendly hense why we thought it would be okay. Will never feel safe to stay here again, especially with my family. My 19 month old woke up screaming because of all the nonsense too. On another note the tap was leaking non stop in bathroom as well.

Very old . It’s a budget accommodation. Only good for its location

I like the location and view from the hotel.

Room of the was uneven and there was a small stem between carpet and tiles. My son fall and hurt. Unsafe and building has various safety issue.

The location

The male receptionist who was there on the afternoon shift is irresponsible of his work and provided the wrong low grade room keys of somebody else's even after providing our identity documentation. We only found that it was the wrong room after we checked in.Therefore please make sure you get the right room that you have booked in this property. Also there's no enough dedicated parking at the property.

Clean room, good shower and great wifi. Pub food was great also!

Room 307. Somethings need to be upgraded, the shower head kept falling and squirts water everywhere, door of toilet is completely shredded at bottom and bath very scratched, toilet seat also not tightened enough.

Pretty good. It was a good central location for all our activities, and thus served its purpose

Bathrooms felt a bit grimy and out dated (clean, just not the best vibes)

No I didn’t have breakfast, BUT I did have dinner last night and my compliments to the chef, my lamb shank was awesome, my son Had steak and 100% perfect. Situation of my room absolutely perfect, I highly recommend your establishment.

There was nothing I didn’t like, from arriving, reception gentleman was so helpful, polite and a happy soul, staff and meals at dinner awesome, the room very welcoming. Communication from the hotel 110%.
