- Misha the owner we were in regular contact with was very nice and always available for any problem. Update us on all the good restaurants. The building is old and scary at first. It should be noted that the apartment is renovated and fully equipped. You can cook as needed. There is a terrace overlooking the sea and the fountain park. Total worth the money we paid.There is a working elevator . we were at the 3th floor. the appartament looks like in the pictures
