It's convenient location close to the Friends we were visiting

The lack of a fan the bathroom I find to be quite sub standard it an otherwise pleasant venue.

I had left my phone charger at home and the lovely lady found one for me and in the morning my husband called for them to give me a wake up call as my phone had no service and they did this with no problem at all .We will diffently be backWhat great service

That there wasn't a table in between the beds

The motel is very clean. The reception is very friendly and welcoming.

I stayed in room 3 for one night is a twin share room . If there is a small side table between two beds would be excellent. But not a big deal. Overall the motel is worth of money to stay and very convenient to the shop, restaurant and golf courses of Yallourn and Morwell taking less than 10 minutes.

Needs good and welcoming receptionist

Staff at reception an "old man" behaviour was so rude, as we informed him we going to late for check in. He told us how to collect the keys and later when reach at location he was there and was so rudely talk to us, if we dont have kids with us we wont stay there at all after such bad behaviour.

Good location in the small town, clean and quiet! The rooms actually have microwave and small fridge which are not listed on the website. The staff is super friendly!I had accidentally selected the wrong dates for my hotel booking. I quickly called the hotel, and he kindly assured me it was fine and that we could check in the following day. We were truly surprised by their flexibility, especially on Christmas Day when we worried no one would be available. We were very grateful!

Place is aging, restaurant limited open tines

Owner was very accommodating. We were late arriving and they rang to make sure we were able to pick up our keys, then made other arrangement for us to do so. Very happy with customer service.

No fan in the bathroom. Had to ask for crockery and cutlery. Add on charge on credit card.

air conditioner sounded like a helicopter.someone playing music in a room about 3am, no consideration for other people

Restaurant is not open weekends

Cleaners were respectful & efficient, always pleasant. Good privacy, great room size & layout. Room service each day - perfect. Even though older style, one of the best showers I've used. Lighting throughout the room was well placed

My room did not have its own parking bay, so a little uncomfortable dealing with that, but would highly recommend staying here, if in Morwell

Fantastic that had a restaurant to eat at,Great tasting food. Fantastic steak. Cooked breakfast ordered and delivered to room. Very friendly staff. Would recommend and stay again.
