Nightcap at The Cheeky Squire

Clean, comfortable nice staff. We left an ipad behind and they contacted us so we could go back and get it.

The room was great and clean, THE SHOWER WAS AMAZING..!!

Could have used a shower cap other than that nothing it was great!

The hotel is central to Frankston, not far from shops and the main shopping centre. The hotel is also very close to the beach. The room was modern and comfortable, and parking was good. There are restaurant facilities at the hotel.

Took a little time to find where to check-in and park.

Reception was friendly and helpful. The room was bright, spacious and clean. It was a tad noisy though with seagulls cawing away outside.

The room was in the basement.

Good sized room, everything clean. Great location close to the beach. Comfortable bed. Complimentary bottled water and Timtams in the minibar a nice touch

There was no way to get fresh air as the window did not open and the door opened onto an internal corridor

Easy, affordable and location... great staff.

We stayed purely for the location.

Rooms are not quiet. Bistro upstairs can be heard in the room.

The rooms are under the restaurant.It was very noisy until after midnight, lots of door slamming. There is no lobby and no where for guests to “hang out “ other than the restaurant. You have to ring for help at reception and wait for someone to come Terrible ventilation, smoke from smokers outside came into our room from vents, entry door through parking lot loading bay.

Big rooms with everything you needed. Comfortable beds. The cleaning staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel like nothing was an issue.

The bin wasn’t emptied in the bathroom from the previous guests and the two reception staff we dealt with with fine but not overly welcoming. A bit short with their interactions.

Our room was extremely comfortable and quiet. Nice shower, good wifi, tv reception and coffee, tea, milk, water and tim tams provided. Such a great location with a lovely walk along the beach to Olivers Corner for drinks one evening and also breakfast. So many lovely cafes and restaurants close by - we had a fabulous meal at the Lorna Hotel. We also ate at the Cheeky Squire a couple of times and enjoyed the food and friendly service.

We have stayed at the Cheeky Squire before and the service was great - this time not so. Our room was only serviced twice in our 7 days, we had to chase down supplies - and reception was open at random hours- we found out that a cleaner was sick - but putting some fresh towels and supplies outside our door would have been welcome and perhaps a note explaining why our room wasn't being cleaned. We could not park in the designated spots for Night Cap residents because there was no survellience of this area and so visitors to the pub parked there. We were not happy about having to park our car away from our room.

The bed .Jess the manager that meet me is an amazing woman.Her staff were always polite , friendly and helpful.Truely cheeky Squier rock's at night.It was a pleasure to see people sitting down enjoying a meal music

The peaceful nature of all I saw in my short stay ,but I'm coming back.

Close proximity to beach and shops.

Pub patrons filled the car park on busy nights. Nowhere for us to park until after 11pm. Poor TV reception.

Rooms were clean and neat

Took ages to get into the building. Staff were trying to man the restaurant as well as do checkin. Had to wait at least 10min to be even let in to the building!Also was charged twice for the stay - once by Booking.com and once by the hotel direct. Had to go to reception to get the second charge reversed, first person at the desk had no clue what to do and had to get someone else to sort it out. Got sorted eventually but it wasn’t a good experience!

Location was great. Spacious apartment. Great shower. Comfy beds. Food upstairs in the restaurant was tasty. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time!

Nothing. Everything met our expectations and we'd stay here again.

No elevator. Not a worry for us but could be a concern for others.
