The convenience

Yes the deposit policy

Room size. Location.

Laundry - washing machine needed maintenance in order to be used, but was fixed next day.Room service was erratic. Coffee table not cleaned from previous guest's spills.

They need an upgrade. Change furniture. It is old. And also, it was dirty

Old furniture, noisy, Stain marks on sheet. I would not book here again.

Nest tidy and heaps of room. Bed was pretty hard though. But happy to stay again

The room was clean and spacious.

Not that I used it but I could see the desk chair very dusty while sitting in the lounge room

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Value and Lovely StayA very short stay but great value for money. The apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped — the washing machine and dryer were a lifesaver at the end of our trip! Staff were lovely and very accommodating when we checked out an hour late, which I really appreciated as I was travelling alone with two kids.

Just location

The room was so noisy there was a baby crying all night beside my room

Location , staff accomodating, car parking

Noisy !! First time I have been there with doors slamming all the time and hearing everything. Also taps fell off in shower and air con not working properly

Unfortunately on my first night I encountered a woman who was clearly affected by drugs looking for her partner who was released from prison the same day. The next day, she was heard screaming for the boyfriend and again came to my room in tears. While I know this isn’t a reflection of the establishment, I soon came to realise that the establishment is used for short term accommodation for undesirables I wasn’t expecting to share my stay with. I won’t stay here again as I did feel unsafe, particularly when multiple people kept the gate open right next to our room

Short walk to main shopping centre and beach, outdoor area was lovely and fenced off also close to a playground behind property. Comfortable king size bed

Couldn’t have balcony door or blinds open for nice breeze as foot traffic can see directly into main area, no real privacy being on ground floor

It was convenient to the Frankston sports centre.

It did not live up to the pictures and the pool was only a plunge pool not a real one.

Room was nice, good facilities and handy location.

Potentially pretty noisy and not suitable if you have any mobility issues as there were steps everywhere. Motel wasn't full when I stayed but would be very noisy if it was. Perhaps stickers on the block entrance doors reminding people to enter quietly would be good.

Close location to our event and we could park our car there for the whole day

The paper thin walls with a connected door to another random family that kept the light on all night that shone into our room. The gap under the door was so large that I had to stick a towel underneath to block out sound and light.

Great spot, central to major shopping area and the beach.

The hot water tap in the shower was broken. Cold weak showers were a challenge for two nights. No sound proofing between rooms, you can hear everything next door is saying and doing.

Hotel ok ,but few time I have to ask about return for second charge my credit card.Hotel charges me double, but later returned money.

Surprisingly the reception door was locked on my arrival and I had to wait until someone else used it to be able to get in To get my keys.Lovely hotel but in a not very nice area

Surrounding area

Nice clean room. Warm welcome from staff.

Stairs carrying luggage.. shower over bath.

Great location to shopping, beach and public transportation, customer service was some of the best I’ve had, the girls went above and beyond to help out

Very old and dated rooms

Great value for the size of the room/apartment ! Very clean and comfortable. Easy drive to other locations. Friendly staff.

Great price great staff great looking hotel nice and easy check in

Not enough blankets
