very clean and roomy, comfortable bed. quiet location.
I was working and planned to arrive late. I called the motel and discussed the options for checking in. We were able to access the room as they text me the room number and left the door open. It was very helpful.
NIce and clean. Has a good pool area. Not many amenities in the bathroom. Staff really friendly
We enjoyed our stay at your motel. It was quiet, clean and comfortable.
It was fine for our purposes.
Clean and fresh.Easy to find. Friendly staff.
The staff (Dianne) was so lovely and welcoming! It was clean and tidy. The motel is so well kept and cared for. Exceeded my expectations!
Easy check in and out. Parking at door. Quiet location. Good bed
Cleaners could have done a better job
Budget friendly clean accommodation
Bathroom probably due for an updatr
Very smooth check in process with friendly staff member. Real milk provided rather than awful UHT always a plus. Rooms are quite spacious with good sound deadening - it was quiet despite the motel being fully booked. Shower pressure was good with pleasing hot water; tiled base is good. Updated aircon since I last stayed, now a Japanese split system (thumbs up in humid weather!) and an accessavle ceiling mounted flatscreen TV. They get the basics right here.
Bathroom is rather old and tired, could definitely use a re-fresh. They are strict on guests cleaning up after themselves eg. washing dishes etc. Location is on a hill heading away from Frankston but this also has its benefits too (peace and quiet). It's not a short walk into the town centre, however.
Room was clean and perfect for what we wanted. Staff were really friendly and always helpful when we had any questions. The pool was also a win!
Check in was quick and easy. Daily room service, location was great.
Very comfortable, location is great and the staff were really friendly. Lovely place to stay.

We did report that the toilet was leaking. Hopefully it was repaired.
