Location is very practical and close to city center.

Only instant coffee available in the room, would have liked real coffee. Rooms are not very sound proof.

The young man at reception was very friendly and polite. He offered us a free upgrade as we had been a repeat customer. Our 1 bedroom apartment was very clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable and huge. Location was perfect close to many shops, pub and restaurants. Would definitely recommend if staying in Sale. Great value for money

Everything. It was a good sized apartment with all the amenities to self cater including washer and dryer.All very clean and comfortable.Asked for a ground floor apartment and we received one.

This was one of the best overnight stays in an apartment that I've experienced in a very long time. The reception staff were absolutely AMAZING!!!! Very welcoming, professional and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even gave us a free upgrade which was not at all expected. The apartment itself was outstanding, very fresh and clean with everything you could possibly need and want . It even had a washing machine and dryer so I was able to complete my 7 days of washing which was fabulous. The location was excellent being very close at many eateries, shops and bars. We will definitely be staying at Quest Sale on our next visit. We will highly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Great sized room, excellent bedding and bathroom. Loved the drier. Very well located to the town centre. Great pool.

We could walk to dinner & the shops. We liked having a pool to cool off in on a hot day. The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The layout of the kitchen/ dining/ lounge was good for talking and being together. We like staying in Quests because there is a standard and we like knowing what we are going to get and being comfortable during our stay.

It wasn't the best Quest we have stayed in. It was on a busy road and the rooms weren't up to the normal Quest standard. It was expensive for what we got. The walls were thin and the room next door felt close. We didn't like the layout of our bedroom in the 1br apartment. The bedroom was small and the split system didn't reach it. Therefore the loungeroom was cold and the bedroom was hot. All the toiletries are made in China and therefore tested on animals and not vegan. It would be great if you instead supplied Australian made, vegan products. Plant milk would be wonderful in the fridge! It was great this Quest had a pool. It would be good to make it more private from the carpark and add some privacy fencing and plants in the pool area. The powerpoints in the apartment aren't at a good height for children. The TV needs a TV cabinet to cover the cabling.

Clean rooms and good space inside. Ideal for a family. Location is very good.

Was mentioned as a place you could charge your EV but this turned out not to be the case. Need to fix the plug share link. Was directed to charging down at the port area but that machine was broken.I wouldn't charge for a filter coffee bag when the room costs over 400 a night. No body soap in the main bathroom.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Close to all the popular food outlets as well as the RSL and pub.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The location was very accessible. The free upgrade of my room was an added value.

We received an upgrade to room 2A. Fabulous! Spacious, quiet, mattress just perfect. And a washer and dryer.

Central location, clean and friendly staff

Central in Sale.

Very small rooms. Barely could move around the bed. There were so many vacancies yet no offer for complimentary or additional fee upgrade. Could have enjoyed a patio or balcony but instead a view of a fence.

I think hotel was great booking .com rip me off with car as they didn’t send me a fax receipt and Thrifty would give me one so could not clam from company send receipt and don’t go to Thrifty they are shifty

I had a great stay at Quest Hotel for one night. The receptionist was incredibly nice and flexible, allowing me to check in early, which made my day much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free and pleasant experience.
