Comfort Inn & Suites King Avenue

The staff was very friendly and were quite helpful when I needed to choose a restaurant that night.

The room was spacious and clean although dated.

The room was dated and could do with an upgrade.

Absolutely love the 70s vibe - their wonderful hairdryer cracks me up every time! Also love Terry the owner & all her hard-working staff. Great to be only minutes from the heart of the town too.

The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and despite being on the ground floor near a stairway, noise was never a problem.

The bathroom and spa were great . Clean and tidy room .

The bed and mattress wasn’t comfortable and it moved around cause has wheels. The bed should have a break on the wheels .

Room was massive, clean and easy to access. Pretty easy to access the township with a quick car ride.

Only downside would be a bit of traffic noise at times. Not really in the control of the venue though!

Bathroom so old it barely worked. Tiles cracked and one badly broken covered by scrap of paper. Toilet seat and cistern both plastic and so old it was cracking and curling and badly discoloured. Bathroom not clean but too old to be able to clean. Basin crazed and grout mouldy. Kitchen facilities inadequate to be useable. No table and only chairs too low and broken unable to use with high bench under TV.

2 bedroom unit was spacious, good laundry and full bathroom facilities. Decor was dated but I didn’t mind that. All clean and fresh. Bed was lovely and parking easy. Staff very helpful

The location was good. The welcome was very friendly.

The security light was on for most of the night- the light was coming in from around the blinds.There is no door on the main bedroom so privacy slightly compromised when others are staying in the second bedroom

Its a beautiful venue an the staff are amazing an she was very helpful

Just the uoung guys on dirtbikes along the hoghway bein sill but thats not anyones fault but the immature people on there bikes

For me i feel safe at this accommodation. The lady in reception is amazing and really makes the stay .I have been coming to this accommodation for many many years with work and surprisingly the stay prior another colleague booked the Quest in Sale. I found the Comfort Inn to be more personalized and although they were friendly and accommodating, the lady at reception just makes you feel welcome and safe at the Comfort Inn. Always very clean and tidy with no complaints.

My room was upstairs this time and it was annoying having to carry all my luggage upstairs

Good stop over .A little noisy next to the highway but overall excellent stay and was allowed an extra hour and a half on check out due to the funeral service was at 2 and we didn't want to be in our monkey suits for 4 hours .Big shout out to the manager for that.Thanks again.

Clean and off the road

We arrived just b4 2pm and found we had an upstairs room, asked for a ground floor one, was told the place was full, but the car park did not reflect this and the no vacancy sign was ever turned on! Poor customer service

My room was on the front of the property and I could hear the road noise sometimes
