The Aspen & Apartments

The apartment was spacious with a generous and modern kitchen/living area. It was a great place to wind down at the end of each work day.

It was a little far to walk into the shopping/restaurant area. It would have been fine with a car.

The person at the front greeted us a warm welcome. The check in process was simple. The room we stayed was well equipped, had a recliner chair , a comfortable bed, nice and clean. Toilet and shower were well maintained. Overall a great experience. Will definitely choose Aspen again.

Gill the owner was a champion and stayed up to 10.15pm for my late-sign in.Room was immaculate, well-presented, with a lot amenity. Comfortable bed.The site has EV charging stations too!

Noisy neibours at 1.30 am. but.man on reception mentioned it to them and next night were.quiet thank you.

The apartment was amazing, everything was more than i expected. Lovely little accessories, soaps, coffee, biscuits etc. Lovely furnishings and very homely with a fabulous tv. Easy to find and in a cental location.

I stayed in one of the apartments.I have stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The place was clean and spacious. The garden and area outside is lovely. It was really close to everything Sale has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Wasnt too far from Main Street.roo. Was set back from road reducing traffic noise

- Shower head was crappy - water flow was impacted.- bed was super uncomfortable and pillows very uncomfortable - no coffee cups - thought this was a basic thing that all hotel rooms offered.

The owners were amazing, extremely friendly and helpful,place was very clean

Check in was easy. Front desk staff was very pleasant, informative and helpful. Apartment was well appointed and very clean. Would stay there again.

There was nothing I didn't like about this property....but if I was picky, access to wardrobe in the bedroom with the 2 single beds was difficult due to the 2nd bed being placed too close to wardrobe opening. This aspect was in no way a deal breaker though

Warm welcome even though I was early. Single room with shared sink with bathroom was cosy and what your looking for on business over night, desks and office chairs too. I don't like massive apartments when I'm away and alone so this was perfect.

I didn't stay long so nothing to complain about.

Apartment was small but very comfortable with all the amenities that you will need. It was EXCEPTIONALLY clean, comfy bed and double reclining couch was a bonus. Staff were all very lovely and friendly.

If I had to find something that could be improved...the pillows, but I'm very particular about pillows and probably should travel with my own.

Arrived at 10:30pm after leaving our previously booked accommodation because it was horrendous. Arriving at the Aspen we were greeted with a beautiful room. So clean and fresh. Comfortable beds and pillows. Just wished we’d booked here in the first place.

Bathroom sink needed more space to put items as well as maybe a shelf in the shower area to place clothing etc.

The place is clean and stylish, plenty of room for a family of 5. The yard is well equipped and maintained ( even though we didn't use the outdoor room)

It can be noisy at night time as it's next to a main road.

When I booked, there was no indication that the property was not located at the address of the hotel/apartments so I was surprised at check in to discover that we were staying a few mins drive away from there. Would have preferred to be told when booking in case it impacted our stay.

The beds were comfortable, most of the facilities worked as expected. It was also convenient to arrive to the location.

There was a problem with getting the shower taps working.
