great location for my needs. room service was carried out to my requirements. only problem was restaurant not open because of update hence no breakfast something should have been offered in the short term. saying that there were plenty of cafes nearby

to be honest no. a bar fridge would be nice and at least some limited Foxtel channels as offered elsewhere overall a hassle free stay

The Staff were most helpful... Our television didn't work (no remote and no manual Turn On/Off button located). Staff replaced the TV. Everything was clean, if a little run down.

Maintenance clearly needs to be done.... Kitchen tap not properly secured; hole in wall where door handle had broken through the plaster; no proper door opener on Shower (although there was plenty of hot, hot water!). The heaters were very old but worked well. Very small/narrow step up to the front door and no holding rail. We have stayed here before, but the property has definitely regressed since then. It is still value for money, if, like us, you are only sleeping, breakfasting and showering there. It was a very convenient location for us whilst babysitting Grandchildren. Never fancy, but clean and affordable.

The location was good for where we wanted to visit.

The property needs a good makeover. More attention needed with cleaning, particularly the bathroom.

We always stay here because we see our family here.And the children are safe playing in the car park.

Going home

The rooms were adequate for an overnight stay and came with convenient coffee and tea facilities. There’s a restaurant right at the front of the accommodation, which was a nice plus. The standout was definitely the super friendly staff — they made the stay even more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, our experience was affected by noisy neighbouring guests who kept us up late and woke us early with their loudness, which impacted the overall comfort of the stay.

Room was very run down and needed quite a lot of repair work.Shower was very mouldy and floor sealing was coming off.Lights were slow to come on.Bed very uncomfortable.Room smelt musty.No hair dryer.

The place was dirty, the toilet seat had dry urine and pubic hair stuck to the seat.

Room 3...absolutely the worst shower...no pressure..no water...The place is nice but lacking in small maintenance issues...The only thing I want is a good bed and a good shower when I stay in a motel ...The shower is a joke..Iam thinking why ...is it to save water....it can't be because it's just a negative feedback fodder online....why would the risk it for a little bit of water

Cutlery was filthy. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling. Lots of mould in shower. Bedroom power points not working.

We enjoyed the meals in the restaurant and the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were lovely and clean.

There was mould in the shower recess;No plug or dishcloth in the kitchen sink;Chewing gum on the bedside light;The dining table was very sticky as if it hadn't been cleaned properly;Broken light under the kitchen cupboard;Poor repair job to the front entry;The steps leading onto the verandah and into the room present a problem for a person with mobility issues;No bedside clock;No hairdryer;Whist there was a stove top there was no utensils to use.

Definitely needs an upgrade

The land was absolutely filthy Shower had broken soap holder. Vanity and basin was filthy. Let’s not mention the kitchen stove.

Closer to where our functions.

Light wasn't working in the fist room where a single bed was. Spider and spiderweb everywhere. Not clean. Small bugs traveling on carpet. . No wifi. Try to connect wifi as per instructions, but not connected

Fantastic little self-catering set-up, so good value there. Room needed a little maintenance, but it was functional, clean, and comfortable.

Restaurant food was good, but Chinese food only.

The bed was comfy and location was convenient.

The room itself and the cost. The shower was very dirty, there were cobwebs throughout , little spiders inside, the walls were dirty, the air-conditioning did not cool the whole room down and the TV didn"t work and the freezer part of fridge had water dripping . I have photo's but to many to put on here. Also told staff of complaints and nothing, not even a We are Sorry Thought charging of $170 for this room was way over priced. Not even an offer of a small refund. Absolutely disgusted .

The bed was comfortable and had clean sheets.

The room was dirty. I found the cover of a razor in the soap dish in the shower. There was hair on the walls and glass in the shower.The toilet wasn't clean on arrival to the room. There were dead bugs on theThe bedroom floor and the room didn't seem to have been vacuumed. Multiple broken tiles on the floor in the kitchenette.
