Easy check in, very large room and very clean. Easy off street parking.

Overall very positive experience

The room I had was huge, clean and had all the facilities that motel rooms have including free wifi. My bed was very comfortable and continental breakfast was included. A nice bonus was the off street free parking. The dining room staff were very professional and very friendly.

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Beautiful rooms. Lovely staff, great complimentary continental breakfast.

I did like that the room had a balcony & you could leave the french doors open of an evening as I like fresh air in any room,

Minor, but no seperation on the balcony between rooms. Could of been a cosy balcony but was a bit sparce. No furniture outside our room ....or some potted plants...maybe would of been lovely. Somewhere to sit & have a cuppa or a vino of an evening,

The property was clean but due to the property being two tiered and on a hill, my disabled partner was unable to easily access the restaurant as we were in a downstairs room which was down the hill and there was no lift in the accomodation. If you are booking with someone who is disabled I’d recommend asking for a room upstairs for easy access to the restaurant

The balcony, design, space

Nothing in particular, we did not stay there for long really, went out.

Staff very friendly and food was great.

We had the spa room which the room was clean BUT when we went to have the spa it was full of black hair at the bottom and took us 15 mins to clean. Once the spa was run ( just warm ) the bubbles were so poor. About 1 hour later went to have a shower and it went cold within minutes.

Neat, clean and convenient location. Staff were excellent, good dining facilities on site.

Aircon wasn't working properly, and TV size was from the 90's (very small)

There wasn’t anything that disappointed

Excellent place to stay, handy to many shops and train station. Comfortable room with pretty balcony. Had a go on the pokies and won the price of my meal

Unfortunately the drones and bangs from the generators somewhere nearby kept me awake in room 23 however I countered the noose with my own air conditioner to create a more steady sound so I could sleep. Would request a different room next time.

The room at the back was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. As always, the room was spotless. Access to the restaurant meant that I did not need to leave the premises during the day. Your staff are always helpful.

Clean apartment close to the train station. It was well styled, had modern and clean amenities, and a complimentary breakfast.

The pillows and bedding could have been firmer.

Love the staff, nice breakfast and the rooms are great for what we needed.

Nothing I didn’t like, but some things I noticed were:Toilet pan was leaking in room 24No fans in either bathroom/toilet. In SA, this is illegal, worth a mention though.

We couldn’t stay for breakfast as being Xmas day we had to go to family, we did get a bottle of orange and it all looked lovely, have stayed before and enjoyed it

Clean and quiet

Room was quite outdated, offered breakfast in the price but when checking in there was no longer a buffet breakfast but we got a coffee and made ourselves toast in the small dinning room

Easy access to room ( ground floor as requested) and great bathroom.

Musty smell around bed area although sheets and pillow slips were clean. Missing remote ( eventually found under bed) and no channel list or instructions for tv. Dated decor.

Spacious rooms

Water pressure in the shower was a bit low but the water temperature was great

Good continental breakfast especially as it was included.

Love the old world decor but it needs a little facelift.
