Very comfortable. Loved the home made cookies and hand written note on arrival.

Could do with modernising tiling and larger shower head. But that's being pickie!

Absolutely wonderful, all the amenities you need and more. Thoughtful touches like the cookies and chocolate. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Lakes Entrance

I didn't like the app that I booked it through as it booked me for 3 people instead of 2 although we could have gotten a down grade we didn't change it , however, they only treated us as 2 person instead of 3 that we paid for. we had to ask for toilet paper and towels as there was no daily housekeeping for us even though it's a 3 person booking. it said the pool was heated but it was cold. the pictures and description of our deluxe room was very different to what we had. they also claim to have a coffee machine, there was not although there was a price list for extra coffee pods. the fly screen on the windows had seen better days, the rubber that holds it in place was kinda hanging and it looked sloppy.they did come into the room daily and leave cake or cookies but only for 2 people, and not for any housekeeping...the two women that work there were friendly enough but friendly isn't what we were paying for.deluxe is what I expected.... just like it said it was, in saying that , none of the pictures looked the same as it stated...just glad we still enjoyed our holiday ?

Very comfortable easy access to main shopping clubs & marina would definitely use again

The location was convenient. The Management (Fiona) was extremely helpful and efficient, and great company. The unit was larger than expected - really a suite rather than a room. It was well insulated against noise and the beds were comfortable. Excellent coffee maker.

The picture and sound quality of the TV could have been better.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Nice touches like daily home baked goodies. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location, walking distance to restaurant and shops.

Was all good

I really hope other travellers appreciate the detail that has gone into this place. This is a property that is an older style motel, but everything is brand spanking new. Little touches like cookies and a chocolate near the pillow, plenty of power points and shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers are greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work. We get it. They also recommended the Sea Shanty restaurant which was excellent.

The host was brilliant providing extra touches with baked treats. Comfortable room and close to main facilities

Lots of lovely little touches. Loved the decor and beach theme , the little extras like hair towel, make-up remover and home made biscuits. Liked that there was an honesty system for the Min bar. Comfortable and good value.

A very old motel that requires updating for its excellent location.It is still like a 1960's establishment, comfortable with excellent staff but little else.

Lovely personal touches. Welcoming biscuits& chocs. Great to see effort gone into with environmental non-single use cleaning products, shampoos etc.

The manager was friendly & had made an effort to make the room comfortable

First impressions were bad. The driveway & parking were dirt & looked very unattractive

The friendly staff ,location,Plus All the personal touches in room there was so many can't name them all .It's just like your own comfy bedroom at Wat better than a basic cold plain no comforts motel room

That I couldn't stay longer

Brilliant little motel, spotlessly clean. Little treats left for us and very polite staff. Location great also

Close proximity to the township, and water. Also great home made biscuits and chocolate waiting for us on arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful we had a good stay. Good value for money

The only thing if I had to say something, was the mattress could be a bit softer. But was still able to sleep well enough though.

I felt like visiting a friend's home with a bedroom decorated with thoughtful amenities. Good kitchen set up to allow simple cooking. The air-condition is the best I have come across. It's so quiet and effective. The smart TV with streaming platforms to choose makes great entertainment. For very small price, the room has a minibar service to use.
