Lakeside Motel Waterfront

the bedside lamp flashed. the doona was not sealed by the cover.

It was a fairly comfortable room. Great location.

I would like more kitchen items - plates, cups, cutlery. We had a child with us (which was clear during booking), so 3 people in total, but only had enough kitchen items for 2 people.

Cleanliness could be better

The location of the Motel was excellent. Just in front of the Motel there were many boat hire places. It is also walkable from the esplanade.

We booked for a Queen room. However, the bed size was not what we expected. Luckily there was a couch bed available in the room and we managed with it. The rubbish was not cleared even after the cleaning was done in our second day of stay.

The motel is in a fabulous location, easy walk to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. The man who checked us in was very efficient and very helpful. He recommended places to see of local interest that didn't cost money and were well worth visiting. He showed us how to get to the sea entrance to the lakes and go to Bullock Island at sunset, it was well worth seeing. The room was clean and sufficient for a single or multi night stay. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Perfect location, great staff and clean!

The room was clean, bed was okay, the shower head kept falling down, no tissues were in the room and the fridge had a knocking noise which kept me awake. The room could do with curtains as the light from outside came in through the blinds. It is in a good location easy to walk to places for dinner and the staff were very nice just a couple of issues. Great location- overlooking the water, walking distance to town. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.Room was a bit tired, but beds and couch were comfy.

Very noisy, couldn’t sleep due people arriving late at night, talking outside the room, arguing. Headlights shining through the blinds as cars turned around in front of our motel room

A convenient location. Great local knowledge on arrival with recommendations from staff. Large rooms, clean bathroom but shower pressure was really low.

Great accommodation. Will only stay where the bed linen and towels are white!! Very clean and quiet.
