Comfort Inn & Suites Lakes Entrance

We booked this venue for bbq and picnic area...unfortunately filthy and unusable...SHOWER DRAIN WAS BLOCKED and despite reporting it to staff had 4 days of standing in 6cm+ of water every shower...couch was too low for us senior citizens to use

Lovely strong shower. Best quality hair dryer. Quiet. Comfortable bed and easy parking.

Would like two towels per person and a face washer for each person.

Motel is close to the water and only a short walking distance to the RSL, pub and nice restaurants and other shopping facilities. Great water view and would stay there again, having recently stayed previously in april this year.

No complaints, all good.

We got upgraded to a room with a whirlpool tub, which was fun. Big room. Everything was clean.

Checkout at 10 is a little early for me, but not most people!

The room was clean, neat and tidy. It was close to the shopping strip. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was super hot. We had a very good nights sleep. The owners are very friendly and assist with any enquiry.

The location was the only good thing going for this property.

The room was very small, dark and cramped (seemed nothing like the photo shown on your website). There was a slight step down from the bedroom to the bathroom which was quite dangerous, particularly for older people….there needs to be a warning sign.

Beds were extremely comfortable.Location is excellent, everything is close by, but a quieter side of town.

The location was great on the esplanade.

The air conditioner was making noises all night. The room had a musty smell about it, the windows were not able to be opened to allow fresh air in.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed

Wifi access ranged from intermittent to zero. Our room was at the rear of the property and obviously the property's wifi router was grossly inadequate.

Very helpful, accommodative and friendly staff.Location is perfect. Walking distance to boat hire and restaurants. Rooms were clean.

The cleanliness of the rooms

Pool and pool area was not clean / maintained. So children couldn’t go to pool. It was huge disappointment for our children and ruined a part of their trip.

BEDROOM & ENSUITE HAD BEEN RENOVATED & WAS GREAT

Pictures showed Brick units we cere certainly NOT in a brick residence.n lounge kitchen area very poor . The single bed for my friend who was travelling with me was up against the front window. The unit itself kitchen had parts cut out of cabinets & not finished off . TV completely covered mirror in lounge & only sink to get water was in the ensuite nothing in so called kitchen area. No glasses for a drink of water only wine glasses .

Great location on the river, short walk to cafes, restaurants and pub. Modern motel rooms.
