Pros +
- Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable for three adults. The location was excellent with a delicious Thai restaurant a short walk away! Checking in and out was fast and easy!
- The location is good and walking distance to the central area. The room is spacious.
- Room was exceptionally clean and check in was quick and easy. I had an event in the afternoon that would have made check in difficult, and they were good enough to let me obtain a key early to make this process easier in the afternoon/evening.
Cons -
- Everything was good!
- The facilities are a bit old.
- Extremely minor, but the only thing was when I got to the room in the late afternoon - the room door was open which I found odd.

Very clean, great serviceThanks for cleaning windscreen!
Mattress a little uncomfortable
The room was spacious and comfortable. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Our hosts were cheerful, welcoming and very helpful.
Everything was great
Large room
Old dated room that badly needed refurbishing
3rd time we have stayed here love it and will be back again. Owner even washes your windscreen of a morn !!
The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the service was great.
The only downside is the poor internet connection.
Welcoming reception by owners, check in hours not an issue, (owners live on premises), fresh milk for room, outdoor bbq (not used) nice idea though, garden and pathways well maintained. Excellent heating, nice large bathroom with hand basin. Large room accommodating a table and chairs and lounge suite. Good block out curtains.
Carpark not in front of room ,not an issue in off season but could cause problems in season. TV could be upgraded to standard of other like type motels. Little bit further out from shops, etc. Pillows need renewing, flat and lumpy.
Staff were very helpful and the room was clean, modern and comfortable.
Facilties all excellent - rooms clean, tidy - staff friendly.
Good size room, clean, good bed.
The property was exceptionally clean, could not fault it. A short walk to restaurants and Main Street along with the waterfront. Our hosts were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble!Definitely recommend and will stay there again.
Clean and comfy also the crews were very nice and helpful
Price was not matched and higher than a motel price
Breakfast offered, good location, easy quick booking
The cleanliness was OK but not great. Location is good with easy walking access to the restaurants, beach, etc.The staff was really nice and helpful.
The hygiene could improve as well as the price which was high considering what you receive.
Convenient and easy to book.
Noisy neighbors, and restaurant recommendation.
A small motel, great room, friendly staff, excellent location
Beautiful room and kitchenette with crockery and cutlery. Fabulous location. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good value.
Clean and spacious
Noisy plumbing and poor shower
