The Lakes Beachfront Holiday Park

THe caravan park was quiet and the cabin was clean and well equipped. Short walk to the beach (though steep steps!). Swimming pool was small but cute.

no wifi on the park so had less contact with outside world. Caravan was in a very shaded place that got very little daylight and neighbour was very noisy at points.

Staff made the holiday great. The pool was lovely, the location was fantastic on a wonderful beach. Pretty quiet. A lovely family friendly park. Free DVD library.

The cabin was old and VERY small. I would really only fit a couple not a family. The outdoor deck looked straight into the park dump area. Not great when having dinner. There was no kids club even though it was advertised.

Nice clean quiet

It's little hard to walk to the beach down the stairs with kids and goods ..we were expecting an easier beach access

I was disappointed and know that I made a mistake in booking with you when I found that the park was not truly a "beachfront" park. I was able to enjoy some walks on the beach but too far on a rough track for my husband who is challenged in his mobility due to chronic pain. Therefore I did not have the enjoyment on the beach which I had hoped for as I found myself alone and as a 78 year old (fit) female, it didn't always feel comfortably safe. My fault for not ringing and asking questions

The birdlife, quiet

Leaking taps, mouse droppings in cabin, dirty verandah, threadbare towels, no hairdryer, no iron...and NOT beachfront (as advertised)

Comfortable villa, plenty of parking, nice pool, close to beach and pub.

the cottage was very neat and clean and a short walk down to the beach which was beautiful. and they have a pool and air pillow for kids which is fun.

Rooms, pool area and camp kitchen were very clean. Staff were also very friendly.

After staying in a filthy Airbnb before here it was so nice to stay somewhere clean! The location was great with the beach on the back doorstep and not too far from the pub which was one of the better pubs we have been to. We are not fans of the hustle and bustle of Lakes Entrance but thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lake Tyers.

What my spouse and I both liked was the location- quiet, close to a magnificent beach, the layout and cleanliness of the holiday park itself and you can easily visit Lake Tyres and many other great attractions.

My Wife left her hand bag and the staff where excellent. Called us and posted it to our home. Great service

Stayed in the Deluxe cabin and it was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked and we had everything we needed. Located just outside of Lakes Entrance (5 to 10 mins drive) which is great if you don't want to be in the thick of the hustle and bustle but close enough to easily pop into town. Being right next to the beach was an added bonus and my 8 and 11 year old kids enjoyed the bouncing mat and lots of space to run around. We also enjoyed scenic cliff/beach walk to Lake Tyers that was about 1.5km away (great coffee and views at the Waterwheel!)

Exceptional value, great proximity to Lake Tyers and surrounds, self contained and the Waterwheel Tavern just down the road

We enjoyed the quiet location for our time away. Access to the beach was wonderful. The staff were very warm and welcoming and helpful. We could come again!

Great location - close to red bluff surf spot, friendly staff, quiet peaceful bush land surrounding park, comfortable bed

Shower hot water was a bit inconsistent, pool not heated (I found out it is solar heated - which is a plus though - but this wasn’t in description of park which could be helpful to know )
