The TV did not work, nor did wifi or mobile data

Great views. Cutlery, crockery, kettle, toaster and microwave handy to have in room. Plenty of storage room for cases etc. lovely walk through bush land and around the lake.

Shower ran hot and cold. Bathroom could do with update. Beds were very hard.

the fact that we cant join the bed together, my kids role over when they sleep. so we had to use the chair as bedrail. it was better the middle drawer could move

Super lovely staff and the room was so clean and comfortable plus they had the aircon on for us when we arrived which was a nice touch (it was a really hot day). Pool was lovely!

Great that we could take out pet.

Simple things missing. No hooks for towels so you had to put them on chairs. Curtains were very thin and the hotel has very bright lights so the room is bright all night.

Check-in was smooth. The keys were already in our unit so we don't need to go to reception.

The beds weren't very clean. There were still hair in 3/4 of the pillows we used. The provided towels also has stains. We got visited by roaches while we were sleeping.

Location is the only thing this place has going for it!

The location was great. It was a quiet spur road off the main highway. There was a great restaurant in walking distance from the hotel. The view of the river from the street was nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

It was an old hotel, with some updates. It took us a long time to get the heater to work. The controller had to be close to the unit for it to work.

Great location, just next to the main Lakes Entrance lookout. Friendly and welcoming reception staff.

It was quite noisy with bright lights by the pool until 10pm. The curtains were very thin. Our room was just beside the pool, so we struggled to turn in early for the night. Please consider installing a screen or glass for the shower instead of a shower curtain. Power sockets were also tricky to operate as mentioned in previous reviews and the switches by the bedside made a sparking noise....

On the highway, easy to find. Value for money. Quiet as our room was at the back away from the main highway. We needed a place to sleep for the night en-route to Melbourne and this hotel served the purpose. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were arriving late and they were going to close so we called ahead to let them know. They told us exactly where our room was and when we got there, it has been left unlocked and warm with the aircon on. So thoughtful! It's the little things that matter!

Just on our first day where tv and microwave outlet keeps turning off but the staff was very helpful.

For the money, this was a very satisfactory stay. Location was good, staff were friendly, and facilities were OK.

The layout of the room could have been better, and it would have been nice to have a more suitable area to use a laptop. For the room rate, it was acceptable.
