Location, easy walking distance to everything and a view of the lake from our window!

No elevator. Our bags were heavy to get upstairs. But it is a motor lodge, so not unexpected.

Basic facilities . Location was great. Facing the lake. Near all the restaurants in the main strip and good walking tracks. Clean and comfortable for a short stay,

Adequate for a short stay

Reasonable price. Walking distance to shops and the water. Place is clean and spacious.

A bit run down. Bathroom needs an uplift. No breakfast here - need to go out to look for breakfast although it mentioned they have a restaurant on the website. Easy check in.

Great location right on the waterfront

The location was excellent, friendly reception and room changed from upstairs to ground floor with no problem.The mattress was wonderful however a doona or extra blanket would be handy ON the bed not in the cupboard, TV very good.

The motel is certainly NOT 3 1/2 stars more like just nudging 3, very very disappointing. It is tired, needs a lot of care and attention to bring up to standard of other motels in the vicinity. Bathroom cold and uninviting, towel rail fell off when I hung towel on it. I am not a fan of one sink for bathroom and kitchen, no bathroom privacy.

The property is well located, easy to find and most importantly clean and tidy. The room was spacious and adequate. The bed was comfy and all amenities required, were provided. A very pleasant stay which we would certainly do again if we were travelling in the area. Cathy’s Malaysian restaurant is an excellent bonus with delicious Malaysian cuisine. I would definitely recommend this motel to my family friends ??

The property was clean and good room size, although slightly outdated and simple. The bed was comfortable.

The room was quite noisy being at the front of the property and close to the road. It wasn't very sound proof likely due to being older building and there was very noisy people staying in rooms next to us that partied all night long. The hotel manager however was approachable and facilitated my request for a part refund due to getting no sleep at this property.

No contact check in and check out made arrival and departure incredibly easy. Room was clean, tidy, had USB charging ports on one side of the bed, and a lovely view of the water with the fishing boats going out in the morning.

Noise from neighbouring rooms carried a bit.

This property was in a great location it was quiet and the best was Cathy’s Asian Kitchen is onsite and has wonderful food

Convenient location on The Esplanade. Easy check in and good communication before arrival. Comfortable beds and good hot shower. Simple yet comfy accomodation, good for an overnight stop. Enough room for a family.

Could not turn light off outside bedroom window which made it a bit bright overnight.

While the location and some of the reviews lead us to believe that this place was a little bit more up-to-date than it was. The facilities are more than a little outdated now and in need of a refresh. While the room was comfortable it was advertised with a kitchenette, but in reality it was just a microwave, toaster and a sink which was shared with the bathroom. Our unit also adjoined that of someone who seems to be a permanent resident and spent a large portion of the night ranting and raving both outside and inside his apartment. This made the evening sleep a little broken. The motel is a 10 minute walk down to what you would call the main street of Lakes Entrance but on a nice day this is a good stroll along the waters edge. Pool is in need of a refresh.

The location. Quiet.

The shower was not clean and there was mould throughout the tiling. I couldn’t bear to have a shower so I didn’t. Dust behind the furniture. Bar fridge noisey hard to sleep.

Although the room was clean and the staff were polite and nice, the motel is very dated and tired. We stayed in April, and most places were closed by mid afternoon, so be prepared with food (there is a Woollies down the road).

Great location, Staff excellent and friendly. Definitely stay again. Talking to another visitor and he has been coming to this motel for sixteen years, I can understand why.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and it was located at the edge of town. The only reason i gave the location a lower score as it was a fair walk from the footbridge to the beach but apart from this great value for money and very clean

Shower over the jacuzzi.Very hard to get in and out of.Shower head wasn't long enough or high enough to get under the shower head.
