No reception services at 8 am and doors locked.

It was comfortable, quiet and staff really helpful and supportive.

The room was spotless, beds were comfy. Food in the restaurant was very nice, fresh and tasty.

Nothing at all......it was a horrible and underwhelming experience given what we paid for. The rooms were very small and congested. One of the rooms where me and my wife stayed had a persistent foul smell in it. On top of things, the beds were very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on.

It was terrible. We were carrying some expectations given that it was rated as a 4 star property. But nothing at the property met what is normally expected of a 4 star resort. Given what and how much we had paid for two rooms, it was all disappointing and rather underwhelming. The rooms were very small and congested. One of the rooms where me and my wife stayed had a persistent foul smell in it. On top of things, the beds were very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on. The only good thing was that the housekeeping staff was very friendly and cooperative. Apart from that, the rest of the staff were quite unwelcoming and unhelpful.

The apartment was a great size with a great layout. The facilities were great with an indoor and outdoor pool and cafe/bar open and serving food to the pool side.

The cost was high compared to other accomodation but it was peak season and was a lot nicer than other places.

As a family of four the two bedroom apartment we stayed in was just the space we needed. Quiet with a relaxing view of the river. The beds were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. All around a great stay.

Everything! Excellent room and exceptionally clean. Great kitchen for our breakfasts. Linens superior! Loved the hotel and location.

The young man in the bar/restaurant was rude beyond belief. I have an allergy and he yelled at me for not telling him sooner about salad which I didn’t realize was on menu. There was no reason to speak to me that way. Just rude. Blond, 20 something male.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was spacious and cozy.

The bedroom lacked heating and could get a bit cold. Reception staff seemed a bit unfriendly.

It was well presented with clean rooms and a SMART TV. Great views and ample parking.

You need to service the lifts, and I only found out that day when I arrived, the restaurant was closed, so it was a bit of a hassle.

The 2-bedroom apartment was equipped with everything you could need: comfortable beds, comfortable couches, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, in-apartment laundry facilities, bathroom amenities and great quality TVs with streaming services.

The restaurant was slightly disappointing, with a very limited food menu and a weird atmosphere, however in saying that, I did really enjoyed the prawns I ordered and the drinks menu was extensive.Not great soundproofing.

Nice staff, they were very understandable and lovely to talk to. I would recommend people to stay here, felt safe

The shower wouldn’t go hot, it was full cold. Wouldn’t change and it was on the hot but was just freezing. The room was tiny, I just expected it to be bigger for the price and the photo of the room.

Having to put out your rubbish lift broke down Thursday night had to use stairs and again Friday morning with cases

The electric stove doesn't heat up, and the apartment is facing the car park with no view at all

The rooms were clean, tidy and modern. Close to everything needed with either a short walk or a drive. Staff we lovely and accommodating to needs if asked. Loved the fact they were doonas not sheets and blankets!Bonus is the seperate washer and dryer there was even a vaccum cleaner (parents of kids will understand)

It would have been nice if there fly screens on the windows but not essential. Block out blinds or blinds and curtains in every rooms. Kitchen was a little light on but it did have everything you could need for a couple of nights stay

Nice location, off street parking, high floor with view over back river.

Pot smoking smell came in via bathroom vent very strongly for our whole (1 night) stay. ?Lift was out of service…but that was not a bother.
