Bairnsdale Town Central Motel

Value for money, central location, clean, well provisioned.

Fan in split system rattled continuously when turned on any setting other than minimum.Cold water tap in shower suffered from water hammer at any opening.

The room was basic but very comfortable

The walls are quite thin and I had noisy neighbours both nights Some more utensils/plates in the room would be handy. 2 mugs 2 glassesAnd 1 teaspoon

Room was very clean, quiet, warm , showers were hot. Excellent value for money.

Pillow was a little hard.

The shower head was broken the room smells the remote had flat battery's

It was cheap accomodation, near a supermarket, very quiet.

Beds a bit unfortable

The location was central for our overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean despite being out dated.

The towels were small and very thin. Despite being a budget priced room l expected better quality. Definately need upgrading.

Wasn’t told anything about breakfast, it wasn’t advertised as such.Shower was nice and hot and the block out binds in bedroom was good.Appears to be a old place and could do with being repainting overall nice place and quiet bonus is walking distance to Woolies, Aldi, Harris Scafe,post office only 4 minutes walk plus other places.

Found the TV was hard to get programming to start with, after about 3 minutes it started working.Place needs a fresh coat of paint in the rooms, most annoying thing is the young lady who does reception also does the cleaning of rooms so front desk is not always attended and emails don’t get responded to quickly.

So convenient for my early morning departure.Right in the centre of town and a lovely walk around Eden

Staff were not friendly, reception was always locked. All 4 of us have been left with marks from dust mites. Bathroom floor was stained

Quiet location, easy walk to everything in town. Staff living on site so easy to arrange late check-in

WiFi password wasn't found or in easy reach. Seemed like there was WiFi available - could have been provided/displayed

Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants. I booked family room. Its value for money. Didn't had any issues.

They had provided cutlery and cups. Suggest to provided cups as per No of guests. We had 5 members only three cups received.

No breakfast, difficult to check in and customer service was average, room was as expected for price, towels were stained with bleach marks and shower was dirty but they accommodated my request for parking.

one of the worst places ive stayed. Owned by foreigners that did not renovate or update anything. No toilet paper, noisy, and we were charged for a family room $170 for two adults and were told not to use the other bedroom so they didnt have to clean! Disgusting

Ok for one night

Bathroom not very clean no soap towels very very small and thin

Budget friendly, tidy and basic clean. The beds were comfortable, the split system worked well and cooled the room. Would have been good to have a fan, as just needed to circulate the air. We had Netflix in the room and enjoyed watching a movie. Had a lovely outdoor space, however the grass was a little Ling and needed a mow. Pillows were comfy and a few different options available. Plenty of teas, coffee and sugar (and biscuits!).

The room could use a good scrub. Whole the room had a basic wipe and vacuum, you can see things like the bin has a mark and needs wiping off. There is a first ring around the sink hole. One of the windows was broken, so couldn't open and if there was heavy rain would have let some water in. Room walls don't block out much sound. There were light/shelves on the wall above the bed, while watching TV with myself and my kids hit our heads on them. While a toaster and kettle was supplied, only 1 teaspoon and no knives supplied.

Excellent location. Very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff were friendly.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
