Clean comfortable in good location close to centre of town

The room was clean and well maintained. The check in process was streamlined and although my interaction with the staff was limited, I found it to be smooth and respectful.

The room was comfy and the bed was good. Towels were fluffy and the shower was good.

I was given the room opposite reception so it was noisy from guests arriving and also highway traffic.

Plenty of Parking

Room location was too close to reception and heavy road traffic noise.This was not the fault of management as it was the last room available.

The room was very large with an added bonus of an accessible court yard. The staff are very nice and welcoming.Would definately stay here again.

Next time we stay, we will drive as the motel is quite a distance from cafes, shops and pubs.

Location was great

My room was at the front of the property, you could hear every truck , all hours of the night . I suggest book a room down the back of the property .

I had an issue with my door, it was attended to and resolved very quickly, staff were great, room was clean

Clean and comfortable

Nothing it was perfect for what I needed. Friendly and helpful staff and good value

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean with a generous amount of refreshments and amenities provided.

It would have been nice to have an ice cube tray in the fridge.

Easy after hours check in and location find. Our rooms were at the back of the hotel so very quiet and comfortable.

Kitchenette was in the main room with dishes to be done in the bathroom sink by hand.

The owner brought me a special hairdryer when I requested it. Very kind went out of her way for me.

Room 18Mattress was so uncomfortable and honestly felt like I was sleeping at the MCG the light cling through the curtain for the whole night kept me awake most of the night

The property was well maintained, the room was comfortable, there was a good selection of drinks and munchies and I appreciated having the microwave.

It was adequate for what we wanted, even though it was fairly basic. But liked that the rooms had been refurbished in recent times. So, looked quite nice. My Mum and I found everything we needed for our 1 night stopover :). Wire screens don’t fit too well on the windows and doors, especially when opened, so let the mosquitoes in :(. I did spray twice! And, perhaps you should give customers some shower gel, instead of just soap, as doesn’t suit some people’s skin types. And a second hand towel could be useful :). But, quite adequate and nice :). Thank you!

The position is good, it's quiet and it's clean.

No fan in the bathroom.

Spa bath needed good clean Hair and nails found in water when we used it

We needed a late check in, and so we called the front desk as recommended in our confirmation e-mail from the property. We left a detailed message, and we quickly received a message back telling us how to access our room key. The room was great! Big, comfortable, well appointed. We had a comfortable night, and checkout in the morning was easy. Great location.
