The rooms are always fantastic, the rate charged was fantastic. The Dinner and breakfast service was great, the main meals blew my mind I'll always dine in.

More Chicken dishes on the menu as main and entree.

Bed was warm and comfortable. Water pressure was good.

Light above mirror could have been brighter. Not a fan of shower over bath

It was convenient for the purpose of our travels. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Bathroom good size ---No spare extras, if needed.

For the price you pay you would expect, a set up with crockery, cutlery, tea towel etc. There was no toaster. There was a microwave. All good and well but if no cutlery -- you can't eat. We do travel a bit, so we were lucky that we had our own picnic set with us.Breakfast and dinner were available at their in house restaurant but seemed expensive.

Big bathroom/shower. Room had everything we needed

We stayed for 2 nights and I advised we were getting ready to go out at 11.30am and asked if they could come back and make up our room, when we arrived home at 6pm the room was still not made up and no fresh towels.I had to go and ask and the reception staff made up. We paid for the $15.oo breakfast each and my husband was asked if he wanted a coffee, then when we booked out they advised it was an extra $9.50 for the coffee-which my husband didn't drink it all as it was not good. Also right on the Highway so noisy.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very very friendly and helpful

The property is noisy, you can hear everything in the corridor.

Ground floor. Easy check in.

Noisy- room doors slam. Cars coming and going are noisy. Workers come and go all night.Room service hit and miss. Had both nights and the second night significantly smaller portion.No cutlery given.

Comfy room with a large clean bathroom.Private and quiet.Great walk distance to the cafes and shops before and after my meetings.

It was a bit hard to carry my bags to the upstairs room.

Neat and spacious

Frizzer was not working for us, Ice creams kept for my children got melted. Not happy!!!No plates & cutlery.Owen was switched off, I have do it manually.

Spacious room and very comfy beds. Opening window for fresh air. Easy parking.

Nice, spacy and well-equipped room for several days driving through the Gippslands.

Close to Bairnsdale RSL for a meal that is situated within a short walking distance, or a drive if raining. Easy check in/out. Comfy bed and pillows.

Found shower in bath difficult getting in and out , no safety rail, nothing to hang on to, safety hazard

the rooms were extremely comfortable, cool in the heat wave and very clean. The staff were super helpful as well

everything was really good. we would definitely stay again if in the area
