Marlo Hideaway

Complementary sour dough and jam and butter were fantastic, good old fashion milk in a glass jar! Well kept garden, local eateries were great, warm and cosy accommodation, we were offered to store our motorcycles in the shed, fantastic customer service and how to keep people coming back. the lady owner is a fantastic carpenter or wood worker by the way.

Nil, perhaps limited eatery options but it comes with the territory

Hosts Jeff and Rebecca are so welcoming and helpful. The unit was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook including the sourdough bread, milk, butter, ground coffee, jam and vegemite provided by the hosts. A lovely extra surprise. Jeff's art is all through the units and this and other touches made us feel right at home. The beds were super comfy and the addition of the dishwasher in the unit and the communal laundry facilities make it perfect for a longer stay. Marlo is a gorgeous location. Don't hesitate to book your stay!

Nothing could have been improved. We absolutely loved it

Peaceful location. Walking distance to the pub and cafe/general store. Beds were super comfortable. Unit was spotless. Water pressure in the shower was amazing and the towels were so nice. Loved the fresh bread, local milk and freshly roasted coffee. Even had a cute cubby for the kids with plenty of toys inside, our kids had a ball! Plenty of grassed areas for the kids to run around. The pool looked great, would be awesome to stay here in summer and make use of the pool. Overall Marlo Hideaway had everything we needed for our stay.

A lot of mosquitoes, but that’s to be expected when staying close to the water. But a massive positive was the accomodation had plenty of aeroguard on hand to keep the mozzies away!

Small, quaint, quiet, beautiful setting. Our hosts were the best, helpful in pointing out various spots along our return drive to Sydney.

Lovely staff and quiet location close to pub and shops. The complimentary loaf of bread and basics were a great addition.

Nothing for us adults - our boys would have liked bball ring or something else to do outside as too cold to swim.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The view from our window was beautiful, and Rebecca and Jeff were exceptional hosts. The extra touches such as the sourdough bread and local milk were a lovely surprise. They had even put gluten free bread in the freezer. Thank-you.

The place is very beautiful, clean in the center of the village. The owners are very kind.

Marlo Hideaway is an absolute Oasis...Such a Peaceful place with a beautiful relaxing Vibe.Perfectly beautiful relaxing stop, with warm welcoming hosts and beautiful Birdlife.Spotlessly clean, super comfy beds...The local produce provided was an extra surprise that was thoroughly enjoyed..There is nothing that hasn't been thought of...I'll definitely be back xx

This was our second stay, and we had the detached room. Everything is there for a couple's getaway, you really couldn't ask for more. the host are kind and friendly.

Just one observation, the detached room would not be safe for older people as you have to climb into the double bed and when you want to get out during the night :-) you have to climb over the person next to you.

The lovely spacious, clean family unit, the good supply of kitchen utensils, the freshness of the furnishings, and the great outdoor guest kitchen. But perhaps first and foremost was the thoughtfulness and warmth of our hosts who gave us such a nice welcome.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Great location. Could easily spend a few days relaxing at the property itself. Jeff and Rebecca were kind and welcoming. Jeff’s lovely artwork on display around the place.

There was nothing that I didn’t like l.

Very comfortable bed and nice bedding; unit has a full kitchen and varieties of good quality kitchenware; host Jeff is very kind and hospitable, provided a loaf of bread - very delicious; a small bottle of milk tasted soooo good - perhaps from the cows at the backyard. Parking is very easy. We feel like at home. Only regret is we have only booked for one night. Highly recommend Marlo Hideaway!

A very relaxing weekend get away. Very comfortable accommodation in a scenic setting. Loved the locally made goodies. Close proximity to pub, walking tracks and beach. Hosts were welcoming and friendly.

Really good location. Just off the main road going into Marlo. A short walk to the pub Host was very welcoming. Fresh milk and bread provided which i didn’t expect.

A perfect location, with wonderful staff and service. We felt right at home straight away. Although we inly spent one night, we could have easily stayed a week. Clean, well eqiped accomodation. Great with the kids, seperate bedroom is a blessing. I would give it a tripple A rating.

Geoff and Bec were incredible hosts and went above and beyond.The accomodation is so nice, clean and has everything you can think of. We loved it! And the kids loved the pool!
