The room was really spacious and clean, the bathrooms were also really nice. It wasn't too far to get food and we were super close to where we needed to be the next morning. The parking spaces were also a good size. Good price for a one night stay considering it was a Saturday night.

The pillows were terrible which made it hard to sleep/constantly waking up to how uncomfortable they were. (We'd just bring our own pillows next time).The fan in the bathroom made a terrible sound and was excessively noisy but after 3 to 4 minutes, it would stop and become normal. Again, this could just be isolated to the room that we were in.

Conveniently located close to Healsville Sanctuary. Value for money.

Convenient location

Checked in at 2pm but rooms hadn't been made up. Had to leave at 2.45 to go to wedding but didn't get into room till nearly 2.40.Needless to say we were late.

Location and staff

There were bugs around the property. Not enough plates/ cutleries. Overall not well maintained

We were travelling with a large group, multiple bookings, different check-in/out times, keys locked in room etc. This was all managed by the staff easily and without any issues.

It was available just prior to Easter (now I know why). Was only one night.

One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and family members had to change rooms. People in room a few doors up (appeared to live there) were continually loudly arguing saying all sorts of very sad negative things not suitable for children to hear. Dog in that apartment barked constantly. Young people were hanging around in carpark area, made us concerned about belongings in our cars. At check out person at counter served my son in law while brushing his teeth, mouth full of foam. Come on, that’s no way to attend a customer.

The room was nice, clean and spacious.

I would recommend a room on the top floor because the cars are parked directly in front of the bottom floor rooms.

The outside was very old and very untidy.

The property looked run down from the road and was not much better inside the premises. The windows and window furnishings were putrid. There was stains in the bed. The location felt very unsafe.

Good price, friends stayed at the property the same night and were charged appropriately $100 more for the same room. When there went to office to question the price they said it was too late as it was already paid. Very unfair and won’t be staying again
